Our hostess Amber showed kind and attentive customer service. She was working both the counter and the drive thru but did a masterful job balancing and making us feel welcome.

This was a terrible place to pick up a burger for awhile, rude employees, stale buns, never fresh fries. In the past 6 months they have really turned things around and I always get a fresh made meal when I order. Employees like Amber at the drive thru, are smiling and friendly! I’m glad to see the positive turn around!

I went thru the drive thru this evening and was pleasantly surprised at how sweet the cashier Amanda was. I don't normally take the time to fill out surveys but she was super nice. She's doing a great job!

Justin and Izzy keeping it fresh and fast! all the food was hot and out in a nice and quick fashion. Izzy made our food nice and hot and Justin was super kind at the window. Will Return!

I ordered my food through Uber Eats after an hour of not getting my food I called the restaurant and spoke with Justin who was super nice, explained they never received my order and told me to call Uber Eats to see what the problem is with my order. Justin also took my phone number down & said he would call me to let me know if he receives my order. While I was on the phone with Uber Eats asking about the issue with my order, Justin texted me telling me they just received my food order, this was an hour after I placed it on the app. I thanked Justin & asked if he would let me know when my order gets picked up, he said he would & he texted me when my order was picked up!
Justin is an excellent employee, great customer service provided by him, he went above & beyond for me making sure I’d get my order! I want to thank you Justin for being the awesome employee that you are!! Hardee’s is blessed to have an employee like you!

Justin and Izzy were fast and thoughtful throughout my visit to Hardee’s. I appreciated the attention to detail. 10/10 They need a raise !!!!

I have never eaten at Hardee’s before, but stopped tonight to get my daughter some food without realizing they were getting ready to close otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped since I know how it feels to get last minute customers wanting food when you’re about to close and you’re ready to go home after a long day plus we were the only ones there, but the lady working the drive thru (Brianna according to my receipt) was so nice and friendly and had such a positive attitude. The food took a little while which made me feel even worse because they probably had everything cleaned up and had to do extra work for our order, but I was impressed with how good it looked and tasted because I’m use to fast food not looking anything like the pictures or commercial, but the burger look the same and even though I didn’t order anything for myself I tried my daughter’s food and it was really good. I work in a restaurant and getting customers when you’re about to close can be a pain and inconsiderate most of the time so I’m sorry for not checking your hours first, but thank you for being so kind and nice because I don’t know if I could have been that positive. Great service and great food and will definitely come back again (just not at closing)

Always friendly in the drive through. The food is hot and usually pretty good. The hasbrowns can sometimes be a bit greasy but that's not too often. We enjoy this location.
