Starbucks

I am going to give a shout out to the employees working this morning. Your staff were calm and kind as they had to work with lines of customers trying to get their orders. The system had crashed and it could have been pure chaos...but your team all worked together to make sure to help each person. I like to recognize the positives and acknowledge the friendly staff that was working this morning.

Great staff. Very friendly and able to stay ahead. I didn’t have to wait in line longer than a few minutes.

Is your typical Starbucks. Was able to get in there early and order before a big lines. They were fast with only two people behind the counter.

They also have a cute little shop that you can do self check out and buy snacks throughout the day .

Unfortunately, they do close this area down and you cannot shop from little shop when they have it locked up

1st time ever being at a Starbucks and ordered a black coffee, and staff didn't make me feel bad lol

Popped in for cocoa and cake! The staff member helping us was nice and patiently answered all of our questions.

The staff was friendly and took my drink order and prepared them quickly.

This was my first time in this Starbucks and I liked the atmosphere. There's a big window and you can people watch the Downtown STL streets while you enjoy your coffee. I had a super incredibly delicious Carmel crunch frappaccino. Other than drinking it too fast and getting a brain freeze, everything about this visit was great (including the company of some friends I don't get to see often 😊)!

The cold coffee was delicious! They prepared it fast and efficiently! I enjoyed it immensely! The store was clean even though it was a busy day with a Cardinals/Cubs game.

Favorite place to go for my Starbucks wants and needs. The Arlinda and Drew has got to be the sweetest in the industry. It a must see go to experience with the customer service.

I love when I can come home, and know exactly where to go and get a fresh good cup of coffee.

I like this location in the Hilton. It's a great place to sit and watch people while enjoying your coffee and Pastries.

It was busy but the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was great to be in.

The place and the employees are so sweet. They make you feel welcomed :) definitely a coming back!
