I just visited this store to upgrade my phone and had the very best customer service associates EVER, Elizabeth and Angela. They dealt with horrible customer service over the phone. One man was so horribly condescending, it was embarrassing.
They finally got the right person on the phone.
The main thing these 2 ladies did, was make sure my needs were met. Best customer service associates EVER!!

My wife and I are both from Kingman Arizona so we called around to see who has a phone that she wanted and turns out Flagstaff MetroPCS has the phone that she wanted and we called ahead of time and we spoke with a gal named Stephanie and she was just excellent great customer service very helpful and took very good care of us live wife is very happy with her new phone I would highly recommend this store

I'll give my visit a five stars the gentleman behind the counter was courteous and knowledgeable and tried for 10 minutes to try to get my old phone to work no luck. He gave it his best shot.

Since moving to flagstaff in sept. Of last year Tatum has been extremely helpful in answering all off our questions. She is an excellent customer service representative.

Miguel is real friendly and helpful. Actually all the employees are helpful.

Great Customer service but the map shows them by the Family Dollar but they are at three opposite end of the plaza next to the laundry mat.

Everytime i come in here they take care of business immediately.. no bs no wait time.. always.. I appreciate that
