The food is a modest mix of incredible American dishes, there are also special entrees which always makes coming back worth it to see the creativity of the chef. My favorites on the menu include their St. Louis Salad, which is a big helping of salad with a great home dressing, and for an extra charge you can add a crispy skin salmon on top, which is pan seared to perfection. The aptly named eclipse burger is an organic double patty with cheese and my kind of shoe string fries on the side. And lastly, the blackened chicken sandwich is a fried chicken with a delicious sauce, one of the best chicken sandwiches in STL! Finally, the service is full of nice guys. The servers are kind and very helpful (though orders can take more time depending on the time of day. I suggest making reservations for a smoother experience.) and the atmosphere has a cool space theme, space memorabilia, the lighting fixtures are exquisite and the bar is always very welcoming! Speaking of the bar, the bartenders are wonderful to talk with and the award winning cocktails are all they are cracked up to be. Definitely check out the happy hour! I’d give the atmosphere 5 stars but the music selection is horrible and doesn’t fit the theme.

My family and I (4 adults and 2 small kids) came here for Thanksgiving Day lunch and enjoyed it. Very traditional foods. It was about $65 an adult and one of my children was $15 while the other was free, tax and tip included. We prepaid ahead of time. So the price was high but not overpriced for what we ate. The only complaint was that the doors opened up a 10 minutes late and there was a long line ahead of our family and it seemed that the host was rattled and confused.

Nice restaurant right on the Delmar loop. Not much for vegan options on the menu, but I ended up really liking a plate of rice and beans, fried plantain, and house fries. They also have a nice selection of cocktails. I tried the sunrise and it was really good. Would go back to order the same meal. You have to go into the hotel to use the restroom, but you get to then see more of the moon theme decorations, so I thought that was actually pretty cool to see how that motif is carried through between the hotel and restaurant.

The chef was incredibly catering and attentive to us. We ordered steaks, surf & turf and he prepared them exactly how we asked. The Cesar salad was one of the best I’ve had. Dinner was prepared beautifully! The Eclipse has a nice cool mysterious ambiance and our waitress could not have been more kind. We enjoyed our dinner and evening there.

The food was good. It did take a long time to get it but it was worth the wait. The eatery is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Stopped here for a super quick takeout brunch while staying at the hotel. Got a crazy amount of food + drinks for a super reasonable price and really friendly service. Food was delicious as well. Plus they have this cinnamon vanilla maple syrup that's just to die for!! Would come again for sure

The meal and service were fabulous. We had the macaroni and cheese appetizer. It was so yummy and cheesy. The lamb and ribeye entrees were equally delicious.

Awesome cocktails. Bottles of wine were pretty inexpensive for a restaurant.

We are four appetizers for dinner and they were all very good and had a uniqueness to them. Highly suggest the lobster tacos and wings

Oh my lawd. We had the macaroni and cheese and burgers with bacon. The macaroni was amazing, with huge bacon chunks and hidden jalapenos for kick. The burger was thick and it was actually cooked the way I ordered it. We were so satisfied and impressed with our service and meal. We will absolutely return. Good job guys!

Great atmosphere, great service and outstanding food. The Eclipse has taken a soulful and sometimes spicy turn, but I hope it doesn't change. The garden salad is a tasty blend of greens, candied pecans and the right amount of house dressing. Chiken confit tacos, lobster quesadilla, chicken roulade and spaghetti squash were all delicious and the 24 carrot cake is a big step up from Sunday dinners at Grandma's. It was over the moon!

Wow this is a hidden gem. Best brunch in St Louis. I could not believe how flavorful each dish was. We had the sausage gravy and biscuits and monte cristo. DELICIOUS!!! Even the potato and veggie side dish was amazing!! Whoever is cooking here knows what they’re doing. Just wow!

The Eclipse restaurant is a must go to place for anyone visiting Saint Louis are for those of us who live here. The lunch menu is not very large but the sandwiches on the lunch menu are delicious. My husband and I split the Cubano and the Rueben along with a side of fries and the roasted tomato soup. The Reuben sandwich was toasted on swirled rye bread and the corned beef was just delicious. The corned beef was not sliced thin but was nice thick slices. I highly recommend the Reuben. The Cubano was on of foccocia bread and it was just perfect. It was hard to decide which half of sandwich I should eat first as they were both so good. The roasted tomato soup was creamy, hot, and full of flavor. I could not have asked for a better bowl of soup to go with my sandwich. Interestingly the fries were peppered instead of salted and I found that I really enjoyed that as well. My husband primarily wanted to go for the bourbon tastings as their bar selection was extremely up-to-date. Prices for lunch were about the standard $10 to $12 for a sandwich with fries. It was not crowded at the time that we went and the staff was extremely friendly. I recommend that if you have a chance you should go to the Eclipse restaurant. My husband and I will be going back to the Eclipse restaurant for dinner and I will update my post at that time. Enjoy!

This is the BEST BREAKFAST I have ever eaten out at a restaurant! Highly recommend their bloody mary, cafecito steak and eggs, and the eclipse breakfast. Cajan potatoes were to die for and the steak was cooked perfectly. Scrambled eggs with cheese was on point.

Fun restaurant serving classic American fare with some modern twists. The environment is unique too, featuring lots of retro-space-age decorations (think Jetsons). Servers are pleasant, and the bartenders are quite well versed in spirits and mixology.

Lovely environment. The rooftop bar is exquisite! The drinks are fun, and the food is wonderful. The truffle fries are a must and are a perfect happy hour pairing.
