Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I have been a customer for a couple years now. I use Tidal Wave for my Company vehicle and personal vehicles. Jason is always kind and courteous everytime he is working when I visit. The crew at the Alexandria location are the best! My company provides Mikes car wash for us for free but I do not like their service. I always use Tidal Wave because the service is outstanding and Jason and the rest of the team takes care of me! Thank you!

Attendants worked hard to provide excellent service on an iced up, snow covered truck. They pressure washed the entire truck including the undercarriage before the automated wash. Great service and friendly attitude. Tidal Wave is a new SDK fave.

Awesome car wash! Then vacuums are free and easy to use, with hoses on each side of the car and two types of attachments. Also provides window, detailing spray and rags for free! Made even my old car look great!💯😁

Everyone here is phenomenal! Hannah is very friendly and professional and the rest of the crew is fun, friendly and professional every time I’m there. The car wash leaves the cars looking beautiful and the vacuums are super strong unlike most places. They could suck your floor mats off the ground lol (sarcasm) but they really do limit the amount of work required to vacuum your vehicle!

The only thing I have a problem with is on passenger side not putting on enough tire shine. I end up putting on my own tire shine which I shouldn't have to do! The girls who prewash the cars does a great job!

Everyone is super great! My car is always covered in stuff from my driveway and they are super great about making it shine!

Great Car Wash! Stephen was very helpful to me today at the wash. He made sure that I chose the best option wash. He explained the process of the wash and then made sure to even come out and make sure that my wash was completed correctly and I was satisfied. Thank you Stephen for going above and beyond!
