Always great deals. They are putting out some Halloween related products, which are pretty awesome. I go in with my wife and of course she has to buy more than we need at the moment. However, it makes sense bc buying separately if more expensive.

Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. And it is unfortunate they don't get a commission. Yet at the same time, it keeps them from hovering over you.

Let me sing this stores praises!!! My first time at this location and I'm so impressed with the Kindness, attentiveness and assistance I received. My face was horribly swollen due to a broken tooth. I already felt so ugly 😥 honestly.The staff didn't give me any weird looks or stares on the contrary the attitude of the employees was so cheerful and genuine. Which lifted my mood considerably. It was an absolute pleasure to shop and spend my money there! The store manager is also so organized, sweet and communicates very effectively with guests. I normally go to Crestview hills which is closer but I would rather drive to this location in Alexandria from now on. Great job team🥰🥰🥰🥰 hope to see you again soon👍🏾

It's the same as all bath and body works for what they sell. But they are so great for who works there. The staff is consistent. The ladies (no men yet) that help me are amazing. They know their products. They're eager to please. They explain things clearly between the online and in purchase differences. I really did not expect that level of experienced staff from a standard bath and body works store.

One of my favorite shops in town. The girls are always super helpful. The atmosphere is homie and smells wonderful. They always know what your needing and help you with your coupons which is great. I really love there candles they smell so good! You should really stop in.

BEST Bath & Body in Greater Cincinnati. I loathe the marketing game that this company plays to maximize their revenues, but like other customers, I keep going back because it is a great source of soaps, candles and personal care products for all of us scent seekers. I know a lot of folks enjoy shopping for this stuff, but not me. I want to get in and out with what I need at the best price I can manage. So that brings me to why this retail store is the BEST: the Staff. They so get that I don't care to dally (and I don't like the game). The irony, is I end up spending more here than any other shop - because the staff do such a great job helping me on all things that matter to me. Becky - a staff person I keep crossing paths with at this store - is a great example of why this shop is top notch. I wasn't going go buy soap I needed b/c it was top dollar, but she pointed out that a % off coupon would bring down the cost quite nicely. While I picked out a bag full of pump soaps, Becky worked fast and furious to find me a particular lip gloss that was out of stock online and from the niche where it had been displayed in the store that I mentioned to her as the main reason for my visit: on the wish list of an "adopt-a-family teen." And while she was digging she suggested some hand sanitizers..and Becky found the lip gloss for me! It's staff like Becky that influence me to go out of my way to shop at this store rather than whatever Bath and Body is handy at the time. Oh, and THANK YOU, Becky! Keep rockin' it!

Year end sale was on and the place was packed. So much for COVID protection, though. Cashiers were quick, and I got out ask soon as I could.
