So other than a couple super specific things that they don’t carry and I wish they would (i.e., metal sectional frames, canvas stretchers, blank stencil sheets, Montana spray paints) they have a great selection for most every crafty project you can think of. I usually go in with a purpose to pick up something or other, and leave with that along with supplies for at least two or three new hobbies.

The absolute best kept secret is the “practice/ooops/abandoned/sample sale” frames in the back of the custom framing area (on the wall by the work table and employee work area) - they sell these professionally made custom frames for just $8 apiece *regardless of the size.* While there are no guarantees as to what they’ll have in rotation at any given time, I have picked up some downright massive high-quality frames as well as several matched sets for next to nothing on multiple occasions. The app is a good source of rewards and discounts, especially if you’re an educator, veteran, or first responder. Can also be worth swinging through the kid section for less expensive versions of certain craft supplies.

Don't shop here much at all. Came in the other night with my lover on a date night looking for something specific. Found it and had some fun doing so. Organized, clean, and friendly staff. Beware of the acoustic in this building. Just say a little rip travels far.

Michael's always seems to have exactly what I am looking for--their selection of frames is second to none! They have great storage ideas for all kinds of projects, and the silk flowers displays are organized so that I can easily find just what I need! Love their seasonal items and sales, too!

Very clean & well organized store. Great variety of items & had exactly what I went there for. The store associates were pleasant and helpful. Much to my surprise 3 different customers also assisted me & offered much needed info, as I am brand new to painting. I could not believe that in this hustle and bustle hurry up world, 3 complete strangers lended of their time and knowledge!! One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had

I really like Michael's especially on their sales for the different holidays.. I was charged twice for a single item and should have checked before leaving the store.. the cashier said she didn't "think" she wrang it in while I thought she did, well she did lol.. lesson learned.. had an issue with an item that had a price tag that was ringing up at a higher price (6.00 difference) so I didn't think to double check the item wrang before because a manager had to come up and fing in the correct amount..

I found the perfect hanging basket with blue, yellow and white pansies to put on the plant hanger beside my son's headstone.

I think this location is very organized, clean and well lit which helps when trying to decide on colors for crafts plus it's in a great location next to Target. The cashier was extremely helpful and I wish I lived closer to this store so I could make it my "home" store.

This store is so convenient to downtown Cincinnati, it has been a lifesaver for some of my last minute projects for events and outings. I get many of my floral arrangement supplies here and am happy it is so close! They've got a large store with quite a bit of merchandise, too.

The store was very clean considering the holiday change in stock. It seemed like the shelves never ended and anything and everything you needed to craft with could be found. Definitely will return for all my crafting needs.
