Jesus was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, wonderful customer service, and very efficient. Definitely will go here again. Metro pcs is inside Food City.

Just walked out. This morning at 10:20 am date7-2-22. Walked up there to talk and possibly get 5g home internet and the some young girl customers service. Was on the phone with her friend talking who knows what. And when she finally asked if she can help me she slammed her phone and said can I help you and then went back to talking to her friend. She wasn't professional at all. She was lucky I wasn't a secret shopper.

Horrible customer service called to see my options as a very long customer, got hung up on twice with the (Hello Hello) and a hangup, just now called a 3rd time and went straight to voicemail.. won't ever call or give this place my time..

Customer service associates are rude and do not know what they are doing!Don't seem like they want to assist anyone, lazy. Do not go to this metro site
