I love using the self serve printing service here! My most recent experience printing here the printer wasn’t printing the color correctly so I asked Destiny for help and she went over and beyond in helping me get my stuff printed correctly and the right color. Anyways thank you Destiny for helping me at the very last minute before closing and making sure I had everything right.

Got my son's school supplies the day before school and they were stocked with everything I needed! Walmart is always packed and out of supplies before school starts. Office Max was equal in price. Every time I've been in office Max the staff have been super helpful!

Wonderful.....The employees greeted me at the door and assisted me with the purchase of a laser printer and a new laptop computer a few days later.

My 15-year-old HP printer finally gave up the ghost and I had an immediate need to do some printing at home. Quick checks online revealed a printer that would meet my needs at a very reasonable price. I called the store to verify availability of the printer and asked if they could hold one for me as I would be a couple of hours before I could get there. They were very willing to accommodate me. Upon arrival the first associate I ran into happened to be the one I talked to on the phone and she said the printer was right over here and took me to it. She had also pulled a extra ink cartridge pack and actually selected the right size, I wanted xl. Very customer oriented.

I ordered some announcements for my daughter’s graduation online and the order went to the regional office for delivery after the date instead of me being able to pick them in next day in the store. Jennifer had them send the order to the store and had them ready for me in an hour. With my anxiety level being on 10 wanting everything to be perfect!, this was greatly appreciated. This store always helps me with my printings!

Had looked everywhere for a reasonable priced lateral file cabinet. Was able to find one at the Hopkinsville, KY location and I received very helpful customer service. Definitely A+ in my book!!

Easy in and out. Timothy at the Hopkinsville, KY store helped us on this shopping trip. He is knowledgeable about what products they carry and where they are located. If you don't know where something is, seek out Timothy and he will surely know where it is. Excellent shopping experience, wish it was like this everywhere.
