Thank you Chloe B. at the Newport Pavilion store for excellent customer service! She was not only attentive, friendly, and patient, she showed a great willingness to problem solve. ( couple swapping phones 13 Pro/Plus <=> 15 Plus)

Fai, was very attentive and patient. She was knowable and transparent with her answers if she did not know the answer. She directed us to the main Apple Store after a phone and plan purchase fora Very Difficult problem. Note even the Best of the employees at Apple had a tough time with my problem. ( They Were able to get the ball rolling with Apple Corporate for me, though. ) Back to Fai, her overall attentiveness was excellent. I would recommend Fai for anyone to be helped by Fai for their phone or plan purchase!

Went into store expecting to have to leave AT&T due to a billing issues. The customer service rep (Fai) provided exceptional service and worked with their online support to address all my concerns. I can’t thank her enough!!!

Glad we stopped into this location today! We stopped at this location because it was convenient. We received excellent service from Austin! He welcomed us into the store, was very attentive, addressed all of our concerns, and we left with all of our needs met. I would gladly drive 30 minutes to this location for my future service needs. Wesley was great! I’ve had multiple problems with my bill and no one has been able to figure it out except Wesley. He taught me what I’m really paying for, informed us on what would work best for us. The best I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! Superb customer service!

Fairouz was very knowledgeable and helped us switching to AT&T! She made the process so smooth and was very cooperative and patient with our questions!

I had to leave a review just based off of how amazing this store was and our time there. I went with my mom looking to port my service and pre-order the 14 Pro Max, we had been to a couple stores and no one had it in stock so we were just going to wait. I’m still in disbelief because not only did we both walk out with the new 14 Pro Max, we also walked out with new apple watches! The manager, Austin, helped us get everything transferred over super easily, and spent a little over an hour answering our questions about the switch as well as options to get an account for my mom’s business. And as I mentioned, I didn’t even think I was going to get the iPhone 14 Pro Max that same day, but Austin hooked us up with a deal so good I got the phone and watch I’ve been waiting months for.
From the minute you walk in the reps are super upbeat and welcoming, they take their time catering to what works best for you and are fully transparent about the promotions. We had went to another AT&T store before this and weren’t treated too well, but I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the hour I spent at this location. They have quite literally blessed the year for my mom and I, and it took everything in me not to write an essay about it. Thank you so much to Austin and the team at this location, truly couldn’t find a store with a better staff, y’all are awesome!!

Recently made the switch over to AT&T and I couldn't believe how easy and smooth it was. Janey was the associate who was able to take care of everything for us in less than 30 mins! I'm very happy with my phone, screen protector & plan :)

Great service, quick turnaround when selecting a new phone.

Austin was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was unable to use my phone because my account was deactivated. He sat with me, researched the problem, waited patiently for my dad to respond and was able to fix the problem. He was an exceptional manager. I will return and ask for him every time!
