I had cavities filled and the Mount Lookout Dentistry staff was the best staff I could ask for. I get very nervous when it comes to anything medical related and Dr. Gosnell and his team did an incredible job making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t gotten a cleaning in a while or looking for an amazing bed side manner practice to go to Mount Lookout Dentistry. You won’t regret it!

I have been going to Mt Lookout Dentistry for years and have previously written a review but I just wanted to give a special recognition to Cheryl, the hygienist that worked with me recently. I appreciated her enthusiasm for her work and the profound reminders regarding flossing and to not get behind on my regular cleanings. I have flossed every night since then. I just wanted remind you Cheryl that you are making a difference. I also thank the entire office for the great work they do and professionalism.

I have had the privilege and pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Croop, DDS, and Mrs. Pieper, RDH for nearly 8 years now. To put it simply, I cannot find enough words to thank them, recommend them or to praise their skillful and gentle touch. They maintain the highest level of professional knowledge and standards, and every visit, from my semi-annual cleanings and check-ups to more advanced procedures I needed, reaffirms their exceptional expertise. And if that weren't enough, they are wonderful individuals, kind and pleasant. The rest of the team couldn't be an exception, and the entire office operates like a Swiss watch: impeccable organization from the front desk and other specialties (yes, I continued going during the pandemic, and it's incredible how they meticulously and effectively managed the entire situation), they are always punctual for appointments, ensure that the office environment is spotless in every aspect, and make sure there is an absolutely positive atmosphere in the space. In short, if you are fortunate enough to be a part of their schedule, it will feel like you've won the dental care/hygiene jackpot. P.S. In case you happen to be an animal lover, on some days, there are additional bonuses, such as the lovely lady in the photo!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful!!! Professional, friendly, and they do a great job at dentistry too! 😉 I’m always so happy with how great my teeth look!

I started with Dr. Gosnell about a year ago, Winter 2023, because I followed my awesome dental hygienist from Batavia after our dentist retired. The front desk staff are super helpful and seamless. Everyone is so warm and friendly, especially Dr. Gosnell. He explains things clearly and answers questions patiently. I know that he will opt for the least invasive and least expensive route, and I appreciate his consideration of each patient’s needs.

On a scale 1-10 , Dr. Croop and his staff earned an off the charts 100 today! They called me to get my daughter’s emergency appointment earlier so that they could repair my daughter’s seriously decayed molar. Dr. Croop and his staff were stellar and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication, professionalism and excellent care!!

Dr. Klump and her staff are just the best! I love them all, they feel like they are all family me.👍 May God continue to bless you all and thank you so much for all you do. 🙏

Bridgett cleaned my teeth today and did a fabulous job. She was thorough and was very kind to me. I admitted that I haven’t been floss as often as I should. She reminded me of the importance of flossing but She also said she understands taking care of young children can cause you to feel overwhelmed. It was nice to hear her being compassionate while also giving a gentle reminder. She also sees my 5 year old who has some minor anxiety about doctor’s visits. He is always excited to see her. Dr. Gosnell also did my exam and he was compassionate while also providing gentle reminder’s. Overall, a great office with compassionate people.

I was having issues with a tooth that needed a root canal. I was in a lot of pain and the staff saw me promptly prepped me for the procedure for the next day. Everyone in the office is helpful, professional and dedicated to the welfare of their patients. I recommend the highly!

Excellent dental care. They really care about your dental health as well as your experience. I am amazed by how minimal the discomfort is both during and after a procedure.

Never in a million years did I think that I would look forward to going to the dentist, but now I do. All the staff here are all so caring and are genuinely working hard to provide the best care possible. Both the hygienist and dentist that I saw were cognizant of what was accepted by my insurance and my comfort levels and were super knowledgeable. They truly want to get to know you and provide excellent care. I've also never seen an office so CLEAN! I've found my dentist for life! 😉

I’m new to the Cincinnati area and had been with the same dentist for the past 18 years. Leaving my home in Maryland was not easy and one of the most stressful parts of a new home is finding a dentist you are comfortable with. Mt Lookout Dentistry provided the best and most thorough dental exam I have ever had. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the office from the front desk staff, to the hygienist and lastly the dentist. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone regardless of the distance they needed to travel to go to an appointment
