Granny's Garden

I was looking for comfort food and happen to stumble upon Granny's garden through a Google search, mind you, a lot further down on the list than it should be! Beyond expectations truly. My socks were knocked clean off ! Smiling from ear to ear. Noted: they aren't really a restaurant par say, but do offer dine in option during lunch hours from 11-2 pm. Again, just a remarkable place . Home cooked and appreciated 👌

Homemade everything. We walked in, and it smelled SO good in the store. The pies and meals all looked so good. We bought chicken and dumplings and meatloaf, and can't wait to try more.

Open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-2pm. Feels like you are being fed by your grandma. Meals are sub $10. Plenty of frozen/refrigerated meals to heat at home as well. Also serves double duty as a mini farmers market of sorts with fresh fruits and vegetables for sale.

Stopped by on a 'word of mouth' suggestion from a friend. Wow! AMAZING selection of home baked goods....Cookies, pastries, cakes, you name it! I'm told they're known for their lunch business but we got their local grass fed LEAN! beef patties (2 pounds frozen), some tomatoes and a jar of (locally made) hot Salsa. Hands down THE best burgers I've ever tossed on the grill, lean but still kicking with flavor. Everything we bought was quality and tasty! Pricey? Meh, you get what you pay for but at Granny's?? It's worth every penny! Service was outstanding, I can't remember the last place I was when someone thanked us for our purchases 7 times! Check this place out!!!

Such a great spot! Amazing scented candles! Super nice BBQ Sammy inside the cutest country store. Fresh Eggs! Pre-made meals to take home (meatloaf, chicken casserole, lasagna, etc.) The owner was so sweet!

I've been meaning to try this home-cooking eatery and yesterday was the day. The lunch special, tacos, were excellent and nicely paired with sour cream, two types of salsa (I could have eaten the corn & bean salsa with a spoon - it was so delicious!), and chips with warm queso. I took two pieces of pie home for later, peach and coconut cream; both were outstanding! The location isn't very convenient for me, but the food and service was so good that I'll definitely be back. It may be time to try chicken and dumplings for the first time.

I absolutely love Granny's Garden!! Whether for my family, or dropping off a meal for someone else who isn't feeling well or needs a break from cooking, there are so many wonderful options. We are really lucky to have this place in our community!

We stopped in to check the place out and I’m so glad that we did. We were welcomed by a nice women who showed us around and gave us a free sample of the chicken salad (delicious!) We decided to buy a take home breakfast casserole, a cheese ball, potato salad, and some spicy pickles. Everything is homemade!! They also sell fresh produce, handmade soy candles, soaps, etc. Definitely a hidden gem and we will be back very soon!!

I like to visit Granny's any time I'm in the Florence area. They have a rotating menu of "home cooked", comfort food style meals. Today we had the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans, it was good, if you're into that kind of food. They have a good selection of meals to take home in their freezer, as well as sweets and salsa and jellies. I highly reccomend their chocolate chip cookies, they are honestly what brings me back! Perfect cookies.

Wonderful! Great food and atmosphere. After Church clean up (The Vineyard) we had Roast Beef and Tuna Casserole dinners. Thank you for a great kick off this Good Friday before Easter. Will be back.

Couldn't agree more... absolutely incredible food. Service by the Grannies and Jena (aka the COOK) EXCELLENT, and the food I would give it 6 stars out of 5. I would highly recommend coming in for lunch, and even grabbing some sides to take home!

GRANNYS GARDEN is a nice little restaurant to visit. You can also buy fresh fruit and veggies there...can't forget the yummy pies..and fudge!!!

I love this place! All their produce is picked from their garden. It is fresh. The peaches ripen within a few days are are delicious. I've started going there once a week to get the produce I can before going to a grocery store.

I have yet to check out their lunch specials, but they sound delicious. I added a picture of their specials. I hope everyone enjoys this place as much as I do!

Wonderful owners. Soups and lunches are excellent. Homemade jams are far superior to any store bought brand. Their take home casseroles and sides are fantastic for a quick meal. Highly recommended small business!

My sister in law brought me a dozen County Ham Sliders and a Red Velvet cake when she came to Georgia for my wife's funeral service. The sliders were one of the most unique tasting things that I have ever had. The cake was so moist and the icing was perfect.

Excellent food for a great price! There is a good variety to choose from and it all taste phenomenal! I highly recommend stopping in for a meal.
