These bakes goods are phenomenal! It's simply amazes me that this place is not back to back packed when I come in to get a dessert or a pastry.

Absolutely loved everything about this bakery. Friendly service, freshly baked goods and cozy atmosphere. My family and I loved everything we ordered. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Cincinnati.

My daughter and I had been waiting to try this place for several weeks until we finally got our chance. I didn't notice the logo from outside so I had a hard time finding it at first. I parked (paid for parking). We arrived an hour before closing. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant. It was so delicious, the cheese is the stuff dreams are made of. We also split a lemon meringue tart and it was also magnificent. I was not super impressed by the staff as I had to interrupt them talking to get service. After ordering, we went to sit at a table to enjoy and a staff member walked over to tell us they were closing early. I really wish if they weren't going to stay open until their posted hours that they would have told me immediately. I wouldn't have paid for an hour of parking.
The food was great and I will go back for it but I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the staff so I likely will not want to stay to enjoy my treats.

A cute 2 door bakery with a soft dim atmosphere. Large potted plants decorate the interior and flowers are at every table in small jars.
The pastries are delicious! My boyfriend absolutely loves the chocolate crossiants, and I don't think he is the only one! I know on days like Saturday if I don't go early enough they are sold out by the time I arrive.
I personally love the rose pistachio croissant and the lavender miso cookies. Honestly I get pastries here probably more than I should, but they are just so good!
I don't think I've ever had something here I didn't like. They also have pies, cake slices, breakfast Sammy's and even quiches!
I know they rotate what items they make and display.

I had their food previously at a farmers market pop up, but didn't even know about the brick and mortar until recently. Unfortunately they sell out so early I didn't get a chance to get there until I knew I could stop in right at opening at 7:00 a.m. And I'm so glad I did because everything they make is fantastic! I got to come back and try a savory but all their sweets are worth the drive, the early wake up, and even the cold weather.

Have had a breakfast sandwich and a variety of cruffins. Just really, really good stuff. They serve Unitaza coffee as well which is a bonus. Hit them up early if you can, but what’s not sold out later in the morning will still be fantastic

Tri state area pastries have improved significantly in the past few years, and North South has become one of my favorites, if not my favorite pastry and bread place in the city. Their croissants are outstanding and there is no one that makes better savory pastries in Cincinnati area.

Greatest bakery in the world, bar none. My wife and I have never been so excited to see them open up in Covington. Everything we’ve ever tried from them has been mind blowing. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place.

Inside Bircus, I almost drove by it if it weren’t for the early morning crowd inside. Ordered a variety but the Ham,Egg,3-Chz croissant and Gingerbread Cruffin were frickin Home Runs. Go, Support, You wont be disappointed. These locally owned eateries are worth every penny & worthy of our support.

North South serves high end pastries by morning and it turns into a pizza and beer restaurant by night. It’s a brilliant concept and use of space. I inadvertently left my sesame loaf of bread and they cheerfully replaced it when I returned. Go there!

So happy we finally made across the river to Covington to try this bakery place. Got a few different pastries and a loaf of rye bread to go. Love everything we got especially the cinnamon buns and rye bread! Thank you and We'll be back.

Of the highest quality. This lady is her own positive baking vortex. I have been devouring her rich pastries, cookies, and breads for 4 years now and feel lucky she chose us. :). Bon appetite!

Love this place! Went there with my boyfriend and we came back early the next morning for more. 10/10 would recommend, everything we tried was super delicious.

If you are looking for the best bakery in the Cincinnati area, the most delicious almond croissant in the world, or an apple butter cruffin that may change your life, this is the place for you! Don't forget to grab a cup of coffee... it's amazing!

I visit North South Baking Co every week. Sometimes I'm there more than once a week and I don't even live in Covington! The bakers know what they're doing. Everything is made with the highest quality of ingredients and you can absolutely tell. I have never had one thing that I didn't love! This place is worth the trip!

Everything was delicious and the service was helpful and friendly. We got our breakfast sandwiches heated up and they were perfect. Highly recommend this place! Plenty of street parking. Shares a building with Bircus brewing company.

Stopped in on a friend’s recommendation and got a pistachio lavender croissant. It’s amazing. Highly recommend.

They have a delectable selection of sweet and savory baked items. I especially love their rose pistachio croissant.

Really fresh, creative and yummy breads, cookies, galettes, croissants, and so on. The savory pastries are absolutely masterful in the blends of flavours, and they are visually stunning as well. My personal favourite is the Mock Amman, a simple sticky pastry that is oh so good warmed up for a moment.

This new location in Covington is great. I had tried their baked goods at the farmers market. Had the Boston cream cruffin today and it was probably the best thing I've eaten in a while. bread is equally delicious!
