We are extremely disappointed at the response we received from Ward Financial Resources. A family member was a long-time account holder with Ward Financial Resources. She still owned the accounts at the time she passed away last year. We contacted Ward Financial Resources on at least three separate occasions to try to get information about those accounts (we have Power of Attorney for the deceased family member). The only response we received from Ward Financial Resources was email stating that they would not answer any questions from us because they were not our financial adviser or our CPA.
