The employees at Tire Plus, on a Sunday Morning no less, Changed out 4 Tires, installed 2ea Rear shocks, remounted the spare under my truck and repaired a trailer spare. Knocked it out of the park! And under 2 1/2 hours. Great place to do business!

What a relief to deal with caring and conscientious people when you are in a bind with your tires. Alex is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond in assisting us and making sure our needs were met. Markus took time to answer all of my questions and explained what was happening and what my options were in a way I could easily understand. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.

Orlando was exceptional with his customer service skills, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get an appointment, which was the next day and the tires were delivered the next day too. The entire process went smooth and within one day after I purchased them through my work. Robert was also exceptional on the day of the install, he made sure everything went smooth and as planned. The team that worked on my car, the installers, were amazing, fast and efficient. This tires plus along with the others I have dealt with in my life, have all been professional. I love this tires plus because they are very efficient and friendly. Thank you. Please recognize the entire team and give them incentive, thank you.

One morning I pulled in with low tire pressure and Alex immediately came out of the office and added air and checked all the other tires and reset my sensors to the correct tires. In The Pouring Rain! Thank you Alex! Excellent customer service and assistance in an emergency

Exceptional service and repair. In at 12:30 today for diagnostic appointment. Out at 3 with repairs and service completed. My 12 year old neglected car runs like new! The shop is easy in and out from busy road. Waiting area and restroom clean and comfortable. Front end staff pleasant and attentive, even though obviously busy. I will be returning here for any further auto needs. Thanks to all of you for a low stress experience.

I was unfortunate to have a problem with my Jeep at a very inconvenient time being a Saturday morning. I was fortunate enough to bring it to Tire Plus in Brooksville as they diagnosed the issue within a half hour, ordered the parts and had me on the road by 6:00pm when I expected to be without my Jeep for a week. The staff was easy to deal with and the gentleman who did the work, Anthony, went above and beyond to get the job done. A HUGE THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. You have made a loyal customer today.

OUTSTANDING service. Was completely stranded with a seized lug nut on my car, and they referred me to a tow truck service to get me there and stayed LATE to get me taken care of. Orlando and Mikey were beyond helpful and more than pleasant to work with. They managed to get the seized lug nut out of the spinning stud, and got me mounted up with 2 new tires to get home safely. These guys work hard, and care about their customers and it shows.

Had a flat tire and car was towed to this location. They did an excellent job and were very nice. I had a spare but it needed air. The tire could not be repaired and I decided to purchase all new tires and since I wanted a few other things done I decided to return to this location and give them my business even though I live closer to another location. They completed everything quickly and will return to have my car serviced there. Great customer service!

Great shop and staff. They were able to order me tires and install them on my wheels the next day. Highly recommend this shop and if I could give them 10 star review I would.

It was a swift process. Called and got the quote, dropped of my vehicle, they called when it was ready, at pick up I applied for the I test free credit card and I was out in less than 1 minutes with new tires, breaks & routers! Alex & Orlando gave excellent customer care!

I came in late in the day with nail in tire. Alex jump right on it. Also told him I had there plan on there tires and said I was about due for rotation. He said no problem they could do it. Wow nice to see good help these days. I felt like the customer care was awesome 👌

I had an unexpected emergency and ended up needing 4 new tires. I was so overwhelmed but Orlando came through for me and helped me relax and find the best quality tires for my vehicle. I was definitely pleased in the end.

I would like to say that Alex R. is amazing. He fixed the problem and had a lot of compassion. I was upset when I came back in but he reassured me everything was going to be ok. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also Keith is amazing. They both have excellent customer service.

I needed a repair just before closing, Alex cheerfully stepped up to help me out and took care of every detail in a few minutes. I’ve scheduled work with them in the past and always been happy with the service and prices.
