Quality Inn & Suites Brooksville I-75/Dade City

We always come to this motel when in town visiting family. Truck parking lot, stores close by and a good breakfast. Other then the loud music played a couple of nights, it is fairly quiet. We always enjoy our stay.

The room was very spacious, neat and clean. Everything worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable too. I slept like a baby and honestly considering it is one of the outside hotels... I would say it was very peaceful and quiet. I would recommend if you are ever in Brooksville, this would be a great stay.

I'm very impressed!! The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel itself is a little plain but definitely well worth it. Cost effective as well. They do not have kitchenette. I did ask. They do have suits, and that's what we have for a weekly rate. Also they have montjly rates too. If you have a fur baby, bring them along as they are pet friendly and smoke friendly!! So happy travels!!

Bed was very comfortable the room is clean I had a handicap accessible room which was fine for me I like a tall toilet anyway but it's no good if you wanted to take a bath which I didn't. The place was full of people even somebody I knew from out-of-state was there and saw me and called me LOL it's a popular place I guess if you don't want to spend too much money it's not a five-star hotel by any means I just give it five stars cuz it was good for what it is. In the front desk lady was very nice

Tosha was awesome upon check in, even with 4 people in line, trying to check in at exactly 8:20 p.m. (What are the odds?)
Janet took care of an issue we had IMMEDIATELY! I can't say enough great things about the wonderful staff, including the kitchen. Good got breakfast too!
I will definitely stay here when I comeback next summer!

Its a nice place. Beds are comfortable. Clean room and nice staff. The area has a great exit ramp for trailers and a great parking area for vehicles hitched to trailers. No hassle from staff nor other guests. Id say overall its a great choice during this covid issue if ones goal is to keep social distancing.

Customer service (front desk), was exceptionally good, going above and beyond the call of duty, to assist me in every way. And although service like this should be expected, they were exceptional. Tasha, at the front desk, was extremely helpful, and did it with a great smile. The room was clean and neat, and the housekeeping was great, coming everyday, and making the room look like new everyday. This was a work affiliated trip, and I want to thank the entire staff of Quality Inn, in Brooksville, FL for making this a great trip.

I absolutely love coming here! I often stay here on the weekends to just get away, relax & get my schoolwork done. I usually find myself extending my stay a couple of nights because I'm so comfortable here. The staff is amazing also. Andrew, Christy & Favola are always pleasant, helpful & extremely friendly. The housekeepers are awesome as well, especially Beatrice. She was courteous, friendly, & always has a smile on her face. Beatrice is a doll!! I will def be staying here again in the near future.

We needed a place to stay for the night on our vacation and happened to stop here. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Looks like it was updated recently. It was a good place to stay without paying too much. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Check out is at noon.

I can see they are trying to improve hotel with new renovations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could use some heat but it’s very large. Breakfast was a nice continental mix.

They do accept tips. Receiving a tip puts a smile on their faces & a pep in their steps. But these girls work in the heat & short staffed to ensure our guests a comfortable & clean stay so they may relax. I truly enjoy working here. Remember think about them when checking in & checking out. We appreciate our guests.

Nice clean rooms. We stay here every time we are in the Brooksville area. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Pool was nice and clean. Staff is prompt and Polite. Great experience
And they have Biscuits and Sausage Gravy With the continental breakfast. Mmmmm Biscuits and Gravy.

I give these guys an A+ for effort. From first glance at the hotel from the freeway, you might think twice about staying here. You can tell it is an older property. I generally stay in newer properties, but after reading the recent reviews thought I’d give these guys a shot. I was not disappointed. The front desk staff was super friendly, and made checking in very easy. The room is most definitely recently remodeled. They have done a good job with decorating, the furnishings look nice and the room is well put together. There is a new sink countertop and mirror, new wood grain tile on the floor. The beds, pillows, and bedsheets are all quite comfortable. The TV is a bit aged, but still HD. You can tell that this hotel spent a lot of money remodeling all of these rooms. And almost got it right, but there was no attention to detail. For example new tile on the floor, fresh paint on the wall, a refreshed tub/shower along with the new fancy sink countertop..... but all of the nice stuff does not mix well with the old switches and receptacles, the old air vent or the fact that they painted over the wallpaper and did not smooth out the walls and make the correct repairs before painting. In the main room there’s new paint, new art on the walls, new headboard, new dark wooden furnishings, and then an old chair that looks like it’s been here since the motel was built, and it definitely shows it’s age.
I’m not knocking the hotel, but if you were one who pays attention to detail, might drive you crazy. But nevertheless, it’s a good place to stay. Everything was clean the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. So they get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me and an A+ for effort. Also has new super bright LED’s illuminating the parking lot. You can tell the owner of this property cares about it and wants to offer a good service to his customers. I would stay here again.

The rooms were clean and everyone was very polite. Parking was great!

Everything was exceptionally clean the rooms were designed for comfort and necessity the only complaint that I would have would be that their cable supplier is terrible but then again we didn't really come here for that anyways. The continental breakfast was satisfying and convenient as well as the coffee pots and accessories in the rooms.

Such a great location right off I75. Rooms are wonderful, and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Most definitely will be staying here again!! Thanks Quality

Great other than one of the guest that was staying there had to call the cops on him multiple times

My family and I were on our way to pick up a cousin in Gainesville and our tire popped. We came here for the night until we could get a new tire in the morning. We chose this place because it was like $30 cheaper than the Hampton right next to it. We weren’t expecting much and we were pleasantly surprised. For $80 something it was much bigger and cleaner and nicer than what I was expecting. Tosha at the front desk was great. She hooked us up with all manner of toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and fresh hot coffee that tasted pretty damn good. The grounds are beautiful and there’s a nice sized pool. Free breakfast, 40 inch flatscreen tv, updated mini fridge and microwave; the room was clean and service was great. Tosha was super friendly and did a great job at answering all of our questions and explaining where everything was at.
