An awesome grocery/health store with lots of options for someone that wants quality, sound products, and items that can assist in living a healthy lifestyle. Brain, in-particular, has a ton of knowledge; I really appreciate the honesty and integrity he and the staff take with their customers. I've had several health issues and Brain is always willing to explain, in full detail, several products and why I may want one over the other. Highly recommend!

As always, Brian was very helpful, I was inquiring about protein & amino acids for energy. He explained it and recommended iron also, a formula that doesn't cause stomach problems or constipation. Yay! 😊

This is a delightful place with two locations locally. We love going to the Brooksville location to deal with the very knowledgeable friendly Brian, but both locations are good.

I had such a pleasant shopping experience at this health food store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was very well stocked and had many healthy options to choose from. If you get a chance, eat in the cafe while you are there. The food and pastries there are so good. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I have been shopping here for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can trust that the products you buy from here are quality. My husband likes to order stuff online and is usually pretty disappointed. I highly recommend this store

We loved this place! We came here hoping to find some allergy safe food/snacks for the family. We were surprised by how many options were available to us. Their cafe is dedicated for Gluten Free options, along with options for Vegan/vegetarian options. The split pea soup was delicious. The market section had a mix of reasonably priced items, as well as some overpriced items. We will definitely come here again when we’re on the area. Spacious store with great selection of natural and organic food items. What a great team of people operating the store! Natural food cafe and local talk events, blood tests etc makes this place a must go to spot if you're in town. It is always a feel good practice to support local business too. Prices may be more than supermarket prices but if you invest in your health and pay more now in the long run you pay way less in medical bills!

I've been shopping here for almost 20 years and LOVE having such a wonderful store with all the things I love & need so close to home!! The prices are unfortunately quite high compared to the same items at Publix. But It's nice to be able to get some of the other food items here that are not available at a bigger grocery store. Plus it's great to support a small local business!
