Lowe's Home Improvement

On 02/24/2024, I went to Lowe’s in Brooksville to get items for a project I was doing to fix a broken door, and to buy paint for another project. I was met in the paint department by the most helpful associate who went above and beyond to help me find the right paint for my door. I don’t remember his name but he was tall with glasses. When I went to find wood and knobs for my other project I was met by another associate who took about 1/2 hour out of his day to help me find the craziest things to make my project successful. Come to find out after about 20 minutes he was the store manager! All I can say is that this was the best experience I have ever had in Lowe’s and this team of people are nothing short of amazing. And my finished product looks great! Saved me from buying a new pantry door lol. Many thanks to the manager for helping me!

If you need an appliance then go see ROBERT at this Lowes. I was in this store THREE times before making a decision bc I wanted to make a well informed choice with our money. Robert answered all of my questions and never pressured me for a sale, just offered very helpful knowledge that when fact checked was completely accurate. He is our go to guy from now on. My husband was very pleased when our order was delivered to our home and they even removed ancient broken washer for only 50 bucks.

I always found Lowes to look really great. Always clean and organized.
Their Halloween and Christmas displays are always fun to look at during holidays as well.

Lexy and Brandy at this location were the best. I rented a truck today (3/23/24) and they were so helpful, understanding and accommodating. They understood I was in a rush and stressed. They were so kind and empathetic. Huge shout out to them.

Yesterday in the garden section, a lovely English lady (who works there) helped me pick out something "cheap and cheerful" as she called it. She picked out daisies for me. The kids could learn something from her, she made my day. And she smells amazing! 🤩😄

They do a great job. The car wash is pretty quick and my truck always comes out clean.

Went looking for a filter for the refrigerator and it wasn’t on the shelf with the other ones, so I looked around while mom went to customer service with the employee who was trying to help us, I ended up finding it in the steel, saw the number I read off to the employee, written on the side of the box. So yay I saved the day and was mom’s hero once again

For all the people and manager working in customer service today Feb 22. You are so patient and kind and really took the time to help me with an order from 3 years ago. You are appreciated! Thank you

I've always been able to find helpful employees ready to assist me in any way they can.

Looking for blinds for my storm door found one that fit perfectly they always have what I need and products are easy to locate the employees were great also

Had to get a board cut. I did not have to wait long and the people who helped me had good customer service. You do not see that much anymore.

Very nice clean and cool place to shop. They have more than lumber and building materials. I have purchased cleaning solvents, air filters, and water softener salt on sale. Their online in store pickup crew are top-notch. Just notify them you are on the way. As you arrive, use the app and let them know. As I walked into the pickup area, the employee called me by name and stated, "My name and advised that my product was coming from the back of the store. He was there in minutes, loaded into my car, and thanked me, as I was thanking him. I highly recommend Lowes, PERIOD!

Love Lowes theyy6 van have .parking for veterans as well as, 10% off everything for veterans so why go any where else for your home improvement needs! The garden department has a great selection of potted plants jńgǰkjgggnmmllķ⁴wèereře3¾the car that are garden ready!

We went in to purchase some appliances for our new home we are building. We were helped by a great woman (Erica). She was very helpful with our selections and we are very happy with the service.
