McDonald's

Stopped for a bathroom and then a breakfast sandwich. Everything was clean and well kept up. The sandwich is always a good choice for me. I did the counter order, and they were reasonably quick and friendly.

The breakfast was on point. I had a steak egg and cheese mcgriddle with a hash brown. Delicious. Food is great the customer service is great the only thing that's weird is the way that the tables are set up inside.

Had not stopped at this McDonald's in a long time, and I must say I was impressed with the staff and service.

The sandwiches were fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this location.

Foods always good service anymore anywhere you go not like it used to be.

Rude window attendant. Declared that we had sauce in the bad of nuggets. When ask for sauce I was told that it would be extra. I just pulled away so my mother wouldn't start to argue. When we got home there was no sauce. The people here don't actually want to work and don't care about fixing your order. They are entitled like they are doing you a favor by making my food. We not return.

Got a chocolate milkshake. The top half was chocolate and the bottom half was vanilla. Close enough, I guess.

We go here for the half off ice cream cones is all so makes for a cheap treat. ( with the app)

This isn't our go-to McD's we usually go to since we don't live in Brooksville, but our work takes us by there often enough that we stop there roughly once (maybe twice) a month; we don't have problems with our food orders, usually, but we quite often have issues getting our Freppés made the right way. Most of the time the issue is the person taking our order either isn't paying attention to what exactly we're asking for, for whatever reason, so instead of simply Asking us to repeat ourselves, they will literally just give us whatever they "think" we asked for or just whatever's easiest to make. It's super frustrating!
If this particular McDonald's had better luck with the ppl (more like teenage kids without proper 'People-Skills') that got hired on they'd have a better luck with customer service ratings being a lot
better/higher.

There is a creepy incident with an employee last time I was there. I was able to speak with Sam the general manager. She was very kind and helpful . Luckily the issue was resolved but I don't want to go on too much detail.

The breakfast burrito could have filled a little more in my opinion but it was still really good, and Cindy she was AMAZING, help us with the kiosk and with our order GIVE HER A RAISE 👏 wish more McDonald were like these

My dog loves the employees and pup cups when the people make them right some places are rude about it even when u pay 50 cents for a cup of whip cream they either give u a small ketchup container w a dollop or whip or a sundae cup full which is what my dog likes because she's a big breed!

I used to work here back then it wasn't all that good, but today when I stopped by to see some friends and have a little snack, everything turned around now. Food was good. Sam as GM is doing an amazing job. I respect how much work you have done as GM sam!

The staff at this location is very friendly and quick. The manager will even work the drive through, which I can tell you, your order will be perfect if she does. She is amazingly fast and accurate and does it all with a smile. They did not make any mistake making her a manager. Now they just need to give her the state so she can spread the love 😁

This location is very busy at breakfast and lunch as it is in a prime location. If you are visiting during these times give yourself a little extra time to enjoy yourself.

The food is hot and fresh.

Dede is a fantastic employee! She had ny order ready as soon as I walked in. Very friendly and wonderful service

It was late and we decided to have McDonald’s for dinner. I must say the crew did great! It was so busy and the service and food were so so good. Thank you guys!

They’re always quick, food is as expected, and I really can’t think of a time they’ve really messed up my order.
