My daughter has been going in this center for a year. School have long hours for parents that work all day. The team is amazing, and they offer diapers and food (breakfast, lunch and snack)! My toddler is happy for go to school and is learning new things each day. Thank you to ms. Brandy, ms. Karie and teachers for give too much love to my little one ❤ .

Really convenient place for kids - the staff is very flexible and reachable. They have an open-doors policy that gives parents the confidence that they can walk in at any time and see what their kids are doing. The do a really good job at keeping me informed of upcoming activities and key dates. Brandy is the best!

I love kindercare!! They really work hard to set kids up for preschool and kindergarten. They have fun field trips for the kids and various activities and events at the center. My daughter has been with them for a few years now and I couldn’t wait to enroll my son. I’m very satisfied with kinder care and all of the staff. I would recommend kindercare to any parent

My two boys went there for almost 3 years at this Kinder Care. They're so sad and asking me to take them back at this location. The teachers are very nice and friendly. Thank you so much, Brandy and Beckey, for such good take care of my boys. We will miss you. 🤗

My son (Jayceon) loves going to his daycare so much he hates going home Ms. Jackie is an amazing teacher he loves her these ladies are an amazing bunch we are grateful for you all

Such a wonderful daycare with caring employees. They have done an amazing job welcoming my daughter and teaching her this past year ♥ We wont he going anywhere any time soon!

I love this daycare.

I wasn’t there as a parent, but staff. The director is a sadist. Hired me to watch me struggle and purposely did things to ensure my failure. Brandy admitted to me that she did that as I quit. What a horrible thing to do to another human. She should not have a position of authority.

I used to go to this child care center back when it was Children's World in the early 2000's, my first hand experience wasn't traumatizing. so I thought this would be an ideal place to send my 18 month old son. Now under new management KinderCare,

My son was 18 months in the infant room. He was supposed to start the toddler room at 18 months, for a month my son was in the infant room due to over capacity in the toddler room. He was walking & running, these other babies were infants as young as 3 months. Very often I would come to pick up my child to see him strapped to a highchair crying because the childcare providers did not have the patience for him. I have picked him up to notice bruises around his wrists & neck . I brought this to the directors attention for her to defend the staff & dismiss my concerns. My son was the youngest of 6 at the time, & their response was the children were playing too rough w/ him. MY CHILD WAS 18 MONTHS IN A ROOM FULL OF INFANTS. His older brothers and sister have never left marks on him the size of my hands.

I felt belittled being a young black mother, I had no voice in this matter & they expected me to fly off the hinges matching this heavy stereotype built upon us. This matter was then swept under the rug. Weeks later my son went to daycare under the weather. I was called 5xs throughout a time duration of 3 hours to come pick him up. Upon arrival my son was soak and wet , he participated in waterplay that day, & he was sick. He had a change of clothes, water shoes & a towel in his bag that was untouched. Soaked & wet, in an airconditioned room under the weather & neglected. I then called the center to express my concerns to the assistant director whom said the Director would call me back & she never did. This place needs to be shut down. As a young mother of color I had no voice in this facility. These people are biased, & they have no real concern for the welfare of the youth. ****************************************************

DIVERSITY AND ENCLUSION WORKSHOPS SHOULD BE MANDATORY IN TRAINING FOR THESE CHILDCARE PROVIDERS.

The teacher turn around rate is really high. The fill in director is un-doing all the hard work of the actual director while she is away. They are unorganized.
