Beechmont Pet Hospital

My dog loves this hospital the most (of all that she has visited before); she starts crying as soon as we pull into the parking lot because she wants to go in so badly. When it’s time to leave, she doesn’t want to leave. Everyone is so nice and friendly with the pets here, and they can definitely feel it. The vet always answers the questions, offers several options, and follows up on the situation. Highly recommend them!

I can’t tell you how much I’m grateful for all the staff at Beechmont Pet Hospital. They truly care about your companion(s) and they want the best for them whether it’s the front desk staff, Doctors, Vet techs, etc. The staff there are great people and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable! I don’t stay in Cincinnati anymore but I still take my dog to Beechmont even though it’s about a 2 hours drive there.

I like that they didn't automatically suggest something extremely expensive. I had a vet before tell me my pet needed an EKG almost as soon as she walked in the room, which turns out he was just fine. I had another place immediately recommend an X-ray, which it turns out he didn't need. I always feel like I'm walking into a store instead of a veterinarian's office. The recommendation came after the examination, and it wasn't for anything expensive. I was provided other procedures as an alternative if it would make me feel comfortable, but she made it clear that she didn't think it was necessary. I called around to about 20 vets before I found this one that had urgent care hours on a Saturday from 2-6pm. Most places have scheduled appointments along with urgent care, but because they didn't, we only waited about ten minutes. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The office visit and medication were both affordable. It was nice to be able to focus my worry and energy on my fur baby without the added anxiety of the bill.

Everyone working at Beechmont Pet Hospital is so patient, compassionate, and genuinely kind. They make me feel that they really care about my dog. We just had a very difficult appointment, where euthanasia was discussed, and I really appreciated the kindness and patience they showed me and my sweet, elderly, fur baby. I am very thankful for this place and the amazing people inside. 💜

I am impressed with the care not only for my pet but for me and our situation. They are efficient and kind. Madison was thorough with her explanation and was considerate to me and my pet. It was easy to schedule and the service was prompt. So glad we made the change.

Our first visit was very positive. Quick service, caring staff, and a vet that took time to ask questions and fully understand the concerns we had about our elderly cat. Not only did we walk away feeling positive about the experience and the treatment plan, we were also blown away that it didn't cost us our own arms and legs to pay for the service. While it's a bit of a drive for us, this is our new pet-care home.

I have used this vet for many years and have always had great experiences. I love that they have emergency hours and they saved my rescue pup when he had a major seizure episode. They are thorough and dependable vet that always have your pets wellness at heart. It's invaluable to have a vet you trust and your dogs love.

They were great with my cat who had never been to the vet before. Very kind and compassionate. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg either! They didn't try to push for unnecessary testing either. Would highly recommend!

Beechmont Pet Hospital is the best! They offer quality care at an affordable price. I take all three of my dogs and my pet rats here. They have helped me with everything from vaccines and spay/neuter surgery, to behavior issues. They are ready and willing to help with anything! I would 10/10 suggest them to anyone within a 20 minute drive! Thank you so much for all you do!

Dr Seifert is so sweet - she is so calming to me and my Poppy girl- Poppy is very nervous at vet and she takes the time to may her at ease with visit

My husband and I are so grateful for this animal hospital and urgent care. My dogs surgical incision opened up overnight (his surgery was completed at a different vet and they failed to listen to my concerns about his incision possibly opening up because of how the staples looked and it wasn't approximated well). We were able to be seen as soon as they opened at 10am this morning by Dr. Carlton and the tech that was there (I don't remember her name but she was so nice and treated our boy with so much kindness). He instantly took one look at his incision and came up with a plan to fix it correctly. This may seem like such a minor thing and easy fix to others but after being dismissed by his previous vet and finally listened to was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Maxwell is our baby and the sweetest dog who has been through a lot this week because of the negligence of another vet. We are so THANKFUL for all the amazing care and kindness he received this morning. All of the staff that was there this morning should receive the warm and fuzzy award! We definitely plan on switching to BPH for the future care of our fur babies. Thank you all so much!

I’m a new client and they were very accommodating. The receptionists were very welcoming and efficient. Dr. Wiseman was on time and communicated the steps needed to be taken for my dog’s care. Thanks!

Dr. Larsen treated one of our beagles for double ear infection, as well as giving her her annual check-up. As always, Dr Katie was gentle, thorough, and explained care and medicine. All techs were wonderful, too!

We've always had good service here. They truly seem to care about the animals and treat the human companions well, too. They have always been upfront and honest. They also don't recommend unnecessary treatment or vaccinations just to get more money. If they say your pet needs it, they need it.

I LOVE Beechmont Pet Hospital! I have been taking my pup, June, there ever since I first adopted her. They take such amazing care of your pet, take the time to answer questions, and are very friendly. I have also been very happy with their pricing. They don’t over charge or try to sell you anything, they are there for you and your pet, and it definitely shows. We haven’t tried any other vets in the area, and we don’t plan to :)

Exceptional love and care given to my Chihuahua who had a broken dew claw. Was in and out in under an hour and felt like they didn’t try to add extra care to charge more like some clinics. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for real compassion and care for their fur babies ❤ I don’t t remember the names of the nurse or doctor but they were both younger women who gave Leonard a ton of love and respect!
