It’s about time that East Fayetteville got a good coffee shop. It’s a drive-thru but it’s HANDS DOWN some of the beat coffee you can get. A few things you can expect when you come through....

1. It’s 100% local - hence the name. Coffee is provided by Mountain Bird Coffee, a great local roaster near Eureka Springs. Syrups are crafted by Pink House Alchemy - local to Fayetteville. Unbelievably good syrup. The chocolate sauce for chocolate based drinks is by Kyya. Yet, another locally sourced ingredient.

2. The ownership is committed to leading and serving with integrity. My son is a barista and the men who lead this business are men that I want my son to learn from in a job.

3. I can promise whoever on these reviews hammered the customer service, it’s going to be just fine. The ownership has top notch management in the store and customer service will be priority.

I went to Locals for their grand opening and the experience was great! The staff is amazing! Their building is so cool and has a great outdoor space to drink your coffee if you want to hangout or you can just drive through. Our drinks came out really fast and they tasted great! 10/10 recommended stopping by if you’re in Fayetteville!

Easily the best coffee in northwest Arkansas. I have tried every coffee shop in town and nothing comes close to the quality of drinks and the quality of service at Locals. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything I have tried has been amazing! I would highly highly recommend!

I got through the line really quick! The coffee was EXCELLENT..like finest quality in our state in my opinion! The worker came out and met me at my car to take my order! Very personable!

First off, this isn’t your standard drive-thru coffee place – The coffee here is top notch craft coffee. I got the nitro cold brew, and it is perhaps the best I’ve ever had, and easily the best in Fayetteville. Their menu is complete with all the options you’d except from a nice local coffee shop, but is not too confusing.

Also, I was there for their “soft opening,” and they were slammed with business beyond belief. No doubt it was not easy for the staff. However, the staff was still very courteous and energetic, and even helped me figure out exactly what my order should be (since I was new to their menu). They also distributed free coffee to those who got in the drive-thru line too late to get something before it closed, showing that they’re willing to go out of their way to provide quality service and retain customers.

The location is ideal for a drive-thru coffee shop, it is well constructed and aesthetic, and it even has some picnic tables for outdoor seating.

10/10 – would recommend.

Locals has brought a new type of coffee to east fayetteville. East fayetteville has needed good fast coffee for so long and locals does just that. They are extremely organized and put together. I assure you that they will do their best every time to get your drink to you fast and made right. I love this business and i hope it continues to thrive.

Wow. I admittedly resigned this to the stereotypical crazy sweet, bitter coffee most drive through stands offer. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. The menu was inspiring with lots of fun concoctions from my all time favorite craft Alchemy syrup and Kyya chocolate. The milk was microfoamed to perfection, even offering me good latte art. I am personally not a huge fan of Mountain Bird coffee, but I respect the local inclusion of Ingredients and feel they did very well with the brand. I had the herbalicious (rosemary, thyme, mint, lavender) and my daughter tried the Turtle. I usually ask for half sweet at any coffee shop, but I wanted to try them un-altered. It was perfect. Cheers guys. You changed my mind on coffee shacks today. I hope they stay this consistently good.

Their name is their game!! Local people serving a community they love, and it shows! Handled their soft launch with such intention and care - they love what they do and who they serve! Top tier coffee + an easy drive thru experience - a unique & fresh take Fayetteville didn’t know it was in need of! Excited to watch them grow & enjoy some goood coffee along the way!

I had some doubt before they opened, especially with the somewhat generic sounding name, but I was quite happy with our purchase this morning. I love how they use sauces from Kyya and syrups from Pink House Alchemy, it let's you know what to expect of the quality of the flavor and lends some credit to their name. I just wish I could've gotten it in a bigger size, like a 20 ounce.

Locals!!!! This is the best coffee in Fayetteville!!! The best customer service!!! Everything on their menu was well-thought out and SO delicious. Another plus is the beautiful mural painted on the side of the building! Truly a 20/10 experience!!

The coffee was AMAZING!! Totally worth the wait. And everyone there was so friendly! Seriously some of the best coffee I’ve had, and for how many people were in line, so quick!!! Loved everything about the vibe there.

Locals is amazing! I had the white pumpkin latte on opening day, and it was delicious. I loved that it wasn’t overbearingly sweet. It had just the right amount of pumpkin.
