The Hannaford at Pike & Madison

A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.

The Hannaford is a great addition to the part of Covington. It's a great place to grab a drink before a show at The Madison Theater of before an event at The Madison Event Center. Also, a great place for visitors staying at the Hotel Covington. Stop in and enjoy some Kentucky Bourbon!

Great bourbon bar and a fun atmosphere. The Hannaford is one of my go to spots and is a great place to meet new people and make friends. The bartenders always do a great job taking care of us.

Such a super cool place to hang out and have a drink. The bartender was awesome! The drinks are the best quality that I've had. I had the best amaretto sour with a real egg and it was delicious! I cannot recommend this place enough!

A great mix of people, bartenders are super friendly and you can really make it what you want. If you are looking for a fancy drink, it works, if you are looking for a low-key place to have a beer and relax, it works. Plus it's dog friendly!

The Hannaford is an upscale bar located in the bar/entertainment district of Covington on Madison. There are several unique cocktail offerings and quite an extensive selection of bourbon. This establishment serves as both a destination and a quaint neighborhood bar. The bar service is great with knowledgeable advice and friendly attitudes!
