I am a long term patient and the office has added many new options. I love the way that it always clean!

I moved from Houston TX and was directed here for my primary physician. Best decision ever. This team is very knowledgeable, on point, compassionate, and patient with all who come thru the door. Dr. Gupta’s bedside manners, empathy level, and her genuineness & care for her patients is remarkable, a 5 ⭐ Practice.

This is place is like heaven. Everyone there are human beings. They all greeted you with the biggest smile. The doctors are very patience, they listen to all your complaints without interrupting. The atmosphere is like hibiscus very tropical. From the reception to the trainers. You guys are doing an awesome job. We appreciate you all. #Hero Work Here. Dr. Neena it’s always a pleasure to see you. You are indeed one of the greatest Dr. May you never get old.

I can’t say enough about Sample Medical! The doctors and the entire staff is wonderful….professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, I could go on and on! When you’re not feeling well just call and they will get you in. Thank you Dr. Gupta, Vanessa, Marie, Jennifer and Portia!

Love the atmosphere and doctor Gupta is awesome!!! My wife was referred to her and I ended up making her my primary doctor. Everyone that I’ve meet in the office was very polite. I ended up referring my coworkers to her office.
Keep up the good work guys!!

Dr Gupta is the best. She treats my wife and really cares about her patients' well-being. We love her for that.

This doctors office I must say is second too none in South Florida from Dr.Neena Gupta. And her Assistant Vanessa Burns and the rest of the staff is off the charts awesome. Well respected Doctor in South Florida.

First time in this facility and the whole staff gets 5 stars. Extremely professional and caring. I did not have an appointment and they told me in immediately 👍 Special thanks to Dr. Neena Gupta she held off her break for me that’s a true caring Dr in my book

I recently saw Dr. Busch. What a nut case! Is she really a licensed physician? Condescending and unprofessional! Why does Dr. Gupta still have her on staff! Did she come cheap? If Dr. Gupta keeps her, I’m switching doctors!

Update- started off good in my first visit and it seems like everyone is now disorganized and not the same attention that I received the first time I went. Waited almost 35mins for blood work and received an email from the lab that my results are not ready due to an issue with the blood collection, a week later. I also have been asking for a form to be submitted to my insurance and as of today, a week later nothing has been sent. Most likely changing practice. I also requested a medication be sent to my pharmacy because it was lost and the dr said pharmacy will not allow , i checked with pharmacy and they said as long as the doctors sends for it , the fill it. ————

Just needed to rave on the staff and the facility at Sample. The facility is super clean and everyone was super helpful and sweet. The front desk check in process was smooth and even took me a bit earlier than my appt time. Everything was beyond my expectations beginning wi. h the MA to the doctor. The doctor (Dr. Perugoria) was very thorough with everything and took her time with me. Asked me questions and actually LISTEN!! She was absolutely very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Jenny was beyond amazing and helped resolve my insurance/ labs /meds / pharmacy situation. Keep up the great job and will definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you guys!

I was seen by what I am assuming was a medical student at first and he was great and got my blood work tests all lined up. The doctor then came in and said he didn't actually order them and cometed the order herself but failed to include 3 tests that the male was going to perform. When I got my results it showed up that they didn't properly label my sample but the lab still completed them, I thought maybe that caused my tests to get lost so I called. The lady on the phone then said those tests are only done for physical and I explained the doctor explicitly said they would be order, she then proceeded to blame me and said "I need to communicate better with the doctors". My husband was there too and they said those tests would be ordered because I had past issues. She then tried to have me come in for a physical but there is no way I am going back. I struggle giving any blood bc I pass out easily, I and I try to avoid blood work. I understand mistakes happen but don't just immediately assign me the blame for not communicating because we were very clear. I don't recommend going to a doctors office like this. However to the nice lady who took my blood, thank you, you and the front desk staff were the highlight of my visit, I hate blood work but you made it a lot easier.

Giving two stars because I actually enjoyed the physician and the student that I saw were pleasant. My issue has been with the two front desk people which are Jennifer and Vanessa. First visit went by without any issues. I returned my follow up labs and received no follow up for 3 days until I called myself, on the phone it seemed as if they were unsure that I had even come in for labs or where the results were. The next thing I’m getting a call from Walgreens about my new prescription, based on lab results that I was not privy to. Called back to speak to the medical assistant and was given some flippant reply about how my labs weren’t normal ... tried to make a follow up appointment for the time to get new lab draws. Received a call from
Jennifer saying she and Vanessa have gotten my message and they’re
“No longer taking my insurance say ok?”And hangs up... completely unprofessional and frankly disrespectful.

Never even got to go in! My insurance changed my primary care provider to Trang Van in October as she was the only provider close to me that took my insurance. I called in the day I got my new card to set up an appointment to go in and meet my new pcp. They informed me that they were not accepting my insurance as of yet but would once the new year had started. So I was fine with it I could wait 3 month for a check up no big deal I'm pretty healthy. So here we are 4 days into the new year and I call to make an appointment wait 15 minutes on hold, only to find out they are no longer accepting my insurance because they " have had trouble receiving payment from them". They didn't even start taking my insurance until 3 days ago?!?! What sense is that. When I mentioned that I was told that they didn't start accepting my insurance until the 1st i was just brushed off. Something sketchy is going on here for sure. Now i have to call my insurance and find a new pcp so excited.... not.

After reviewing a lot of PCPs and offices, I trusted that I had found the right place. I was wrong and I wish I could give a ZERO star.
Vanessa, the person who draws blood is super cold/rude and seems very bothered if you even attempt to make her smile.
The front office people are extremely rude. It took me over a week to try to get the medication I needed because the doctor forgot to send it to the pharmacy. Jen, the office manager never returned the call as she promised to, and Portia, from the front office, thought it was nice to hang up on me twice.
I was also told to got to an ER next time I needed help... really?!
After waiting over 90 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I spoke to Dr. Yamirka, to explain to her what had happened and how I was treated by her staff, and all she could say was that "I had choices"!
What an amazing feeling of not being respected/cared for/considered at all as a patient!
I waited to give this review trusting that the doctor would understand that her staff was rude and unprofessional, but instead she was completely negligent.
What happened to doctors respecting their patients?!
This office definitely needs to start treating patients with more respect! Shame on all of you!
In time: I give beyond 5 stars to Tori, the medical student that took my vitals and took time to listen to my deep frustration. I hope she never takes after them. Good job!
