Chose curbside pick up for my order. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick who brought out my merchandise and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Management, please recognize Nick for his excellent customer service skills and please make sure he sees this. He is a top notch member of Bestbuy.

I've been to plenty of Best Buy stores, so each is individual. I was in a rush and needed what I needed and got out. I was quickly taken care of by Kani. He is a good kid, straightforward, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you, Kani. I hope that BB corporate reads this and gets you a raise, a paid day off, lunch, something to say thank you.

Fast, friendly service. Great 4th of July sale. I Ended up purchasing a brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher and range oven with 0% interest financing for 24 months!- . Can't beat that! The store and associates are nice. Thanks to Martin who was very knowledgable and helpful with my purchase.

Showed online that they had 1 wireless BBQ grill thermometer, so I wasn't expecting it to be there. Guy, at the door said yup!! I saw it this morning and said isle xx on the bottom 4 products in. Sure enough, there it was..

The service was way beyong anything I could have hoped to have received. I went to look a a computer I was considering, I did not know that model was avabile online only. When I told the associate helping I really wanted the Samsung Chromebook Pro he was more than happy to let me play around on it. I loved it as much as I knew I would; best of all it was on sale and I paid less than anywhere else. To my surprise the next morning it would not turn off and it had been charged fully and it worked the fem minutes my husband and I played around on it the night before. I went to the store because the troubleshooting from Samsung said they had already released a patch update to fix the problem. Since I never could get it on after following all the directions; I knew I was I need of help. They sent me straight over to geek squad and within a hour I had a brand new replacement. Just for good measure they installed the patch firmware update, ran all the diagnostics, and with zero trouble in sight my Samsung Chromebook Pro has ran like a dream.

Prices and all technology. Attendance training might be necessary. Nobody knew about trade in merchandise at a New Samsung transaction deli wired there.

Had a great younger gentleman help me figure out a great laptop but not too expensive at the same time. I ended up getting an HP Envy and it’s been amazing. Such a great choice!!!

Love Best Buy, seems whenever I need anything electronics related, they have it.

Staffs are friendly and kind. I got online picks up within less than 3 minutes.

Need to start shopping for a new TV. We are partial to Samsungs. Salesperson took time to explain the difference between the different levels (U, Q and mentioned a higher one we would not have interest in) along with the lighting differences and refresh rates. I'll do some more of my own research but he gave me a good idea of what would best suit our needs (Q70.)

I went to the “Best Buy” store 🏬 to get a television 📺. I had already looked up the information on the internet. This gave me the advantage of going straight to the customer service desk to make my purchase. The customer service representative was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable making the experience very pleasurable. Therefore I’m giving five stars 🌟. Best Buy is the number one place for TVs especially electronic devices cost stereos they have an install shop in the rear they have every brand you could possibly think of and they do have sales about six times a year I recommend it highly especially for all your electronic computer and car needs refrigerators the number one place to go! Happy customer

Best customer support I have ever got in my life in terms of technical things. Geek squad was amazing and gave us a great deal. The employees are very educated and make it easy to understand the details of your product. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to get fast and efficient service.

I want to say thanks to Kyle who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my selection for a TV and sound bar. He also was helpful and careful when it came to squeezing them into my car which ended up being a tight fit.

I LOVE THIS PLACE it has games gift cards things for gaming keyboards controller. So many things!!! And I play on pc so everything there helps a lot
