Great place to find what ever your in need for. Nice staff and very clean store. The store manager LeAnn was such a doll and helped us with everything we were needing.

Leann was patient and Helpful. She helped me get a new washer and dryer set. I went in around 4pm and didn’t finish paperwork until a little after 6pm. Most businesses rush you out of the door and tell you to come back another day at an earlier time. She was very polite and helped me pick out a washer/dryer set I would love. She went over the pricing/payments to make sure which one would fit my budget the best. I will highly recommend Badcock to Family/Friends if they need anything! :)

Best customer service hands down! From the time I walked into the store Ms Della greeted me with a warm smile. I was looking for counter height stools so Ms Leann took over. She bent over backwards to get what I needed. I’ll definitely be back. More stores need great customer service like this. We are new to the area and they already made us feel like we are at home.

Staff was very helpful and furniture has held up great so far over the past year. Three kids and a dog can wear down furniture but not ours! We love the furniture and will continue to shop here!!

I purchased a leather dual reclining sofa from Linda 2 yrs ago.Love it! Absolutely no problems until 1 of the recliners broke. I called and found out the warranty was still in effect and was directed to the people who would do the repair. It was handled quickly, professionally and with no cost to me. Very pleased with service, product and after sale service.

Leroy is always a pleasure to work with. I never feel pressured or rushed. Even after I've picked something and ask about something else he doesn't hesitate to check availability etc. I've LITERALLY furnished my full house with Badcock. I highly recommend this location.
