Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brooksville-I-75, an IHG Hotel

Convenient location that is very clean/modern, has friendly staff, hot showers, cold rooms, good breakfast. Will be staying again if I’m ever in the area.

Hotel upgraded my room, so that’s also a plus.

Wonderful service! Everything was so clean. Hot water for a nice shower/bath. Very well located. The handi cap accomodations were better than usual with wide doorways and open bathroom space for wheel chair transfer and access. Pool and hot tub both have lifts to assist ambulatory challenges.

Everything, and I do mean everything, about this hotel was excellent. Very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, room design is very smart, close to major roads, free breakfast had great choices, staff very nice and accommodating, quiet hotel. We would stay here again for sure. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Booked out of an abundance of caution when a hurricane was headed in my general direction. The staff was great, good breakfast, etc. My only concern was the lack of a generator in case of a power failure. We never lost power so it wasn't an issue. I would have no problem staying with them otherwise when traveling in the area.

I would like to confirm that there was a review on 08/07/2023. I’m the kitchen supervisor I would like to thank my supervisor for coming over at 9:29 am to help me close. The contractor team doing our renovation came over early. We allow them to do so as long as our guests and primary worker’s eat first. Our team of employees were already in the kitchen as they always go thru the side entrance and never in front of guests
My supervisor came in to inform me that the contractors were coming over early to eat. She let me know the regulations that there were guests still having breakfast
and they would need to wait for the guests to depart
. There was no screaming or anything racial about our discussion. We never discussed anything about guest our team was having our morning start up as we do daily. We have all different nationalities and we are all treated with respect here.

I love this hotel. Staff and management are the best. Great place to stay.

This will be long I think. Always like coming here, but this visit was better than the normal positive experience. We had a very late (in my opinion) check in due to an accident that kept us for several hours talking to police. We checked in around 1:30 am. Guy at front desk was very pleasant, we booked another night so we could get some decent sleep.
Next day, the staff were just as pleasant. The evening gal, Carey, was especially kind to me. I was having a hard time staying awake, she quit what she was doing & prepared a fresh pot of coffee for me. Not a hard task or time consuming task, but she went to work to help me out We’re long haul truck drivers so keeping a regular sleep schedule is paramount for us to be safe on the road. It is,indeed, the little things in life-like making a pot of coffee for someone you don’t know-that make all the difference. Thank you, Carey, for being in tune with our needs & taking such good care of us. We appreciate & celebrate stays like this one.

The place was great treated us good breakfast was fresh hot loved it only issue when booked hotel was on Cortez so wife booked well wrong one the one booked was 15 miles or more away from where we wanted to be but the hospitality made up for it

Fantastic stay! After coming from the disgusting Quality Inn across the street, this was a welcome relief. I ended up staying here the entire week I was in town because it was so nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with tall ceilings and the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot food plus grab and go bagels or fruit. Highly recommend!!

If you are ever stuck having to stay in Brooksville or Bushnell ( which sucks!) you should stay at this hotel. It is run perfectly the managers are excellent. Diane helped me out with my stay. The free breakfast was fine, enough options to keep you full. The rooms are very clean. No negatives to say about hotel only 5 stars. If you are going to National Cemetery and need a place to stay this is very close only a few minutes away. This place costs a few dollars more than other hotels but it is well worth it since you get a clean, well run place with 24 hour coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate as well as the free breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable room. There was a bit up upgrades being done in the lobby but they posed no issues. Easy to access from the interstate with several food and fuel options close by. A tasty breakfast was provided that was typical of Holiday Inn. I would gladly stay here again.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite in the hotel, the room was VERY clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very kind and courteous. The lady at the breakfast bar made every effort to accommodate the guests. She was extremely personable and kept the area clean and sanitized. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Stopped here in the middle of the night due to an incident that happened with my child. The customer service was great , the lady at the front gave us info and checked us in. It was a quick process, once we stepped into the room it was neat and clean. The covers were big and fluffy and so we're the pillows! I was very satisfied with the beds super comfy. I would recommend this hotel. Worth every cent.

Stayed here for a week while visiting the area for work.. rooms and the hotel in general was clean, staff were friendly, my only issue the bench outside for smokers need to have a cover to protect from the rain

I had an excellent week stay. Let me start by saying that RARELY do i stay in a hotel that doesn't drive my allergies insane. I never once had an allergy issue here. Front desk was friendly and helpful with all my needs. SUPER COMFY bed. Room was updated compared to the cheesy decor at other places in this price range. My room had a full length mirror, desk with a mirror above it, 2 chairs, mini fridge and microwave and small closet with hangers. Cold a.c. and nice hot water in the shower with great water pressure. Very quiet especially considering there's major road construction right in front and a major interstate right beside it. Excellent job!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful, and professional. We stayed here with a very large group for multiple nights. The staff did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were clean, and they replenished the amenities daily. Our house keeper was Aurora, she did a fantastic job with cleaning our room and changing our sheets (night time potty training mishaps on multiple nights). Not once did she complain or give us an attitude. She always greeted us with a smile and it was a pleasure to see her everyday! I would highly recommend staying here. The well stocked breakfast and clean dining area was welcoming and a plus! Plenty of parking. It’s close to restaurants, grocery store, as well as the public library and outdoor activities were all less than a five minute drive. The night staff was very helpful with a problem that I had in the room. All staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was great! We loved the pancake machine! The area has food options within walking distance and the area is relatively safe. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I walked in, I didn't have a reservation, the staff were so accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. Under covid conditions the breakfast was delicious and safe. Overall experience was beyond what I could have asked for without a reservation. Because of this experience I will again say I love Holiday Inn Express.
