Breakfast Station

They were very busy for a Saturday late morning breakfast.
Everyone was amazing!
We had to wait, very shortly, for a table (in a full restaurant).
The restaurant itself was extremely clean.
Food was great.
Fluffy pancakes were Fluffy.
Stuffed French toast was strawberry and why we stopped in

Great spot for Breakfast!! Everyone loved what they got. The cinnamon swirl pancakes were awesome. My wife loved the eggs Benedict and said it was cooked perfect.

Absolutely hands down this place should be slammed with a 30min wait everyday. We travel a lot and make it a point to look for out of the way diners, this does not disappoint. We ordered a range of meals and each was better than the last. Omelets light and fluffy, but loaded with toppings. Eggs cooked to order perfectly and the sausage links were nuts. Jalexus was wonderful and made great recommendations and really took care of us. We will be making this a regular stop when we are passing through. 5 stars all the way!!

I stopped by here after a long day of running errands, was expecting it to hopefully not be too busy and too long of a wait. When I got inside they were super busy but my server immediately greeted me and found me a table. The service was magnificent and the food was great ! I would definitely recommend coming to this location and will be returning back ! I had Emma as a server and she was very attentive, even asked if I wanted a to go drink which I never get asked :)

Stopped at this restaurant for breakfast on my way up north because it was convenient. The food was awesome, Hot and fresh and my server Emma was on top of it! I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re traveling through the area and order the home fries and pancakes.

I had an overall wonderful experience. Brooksville definitely needed a breakfast station. Even tho they were busy I got greeted right away and was sat within a few minutes. The service was great, friendly and personable. I had the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with crispy bacon. So yummy, delicious and definitely one of my personal favorites. I will definitely be back.

I had the cinnamon swirl pancakes and they were amazing. The atmosphere was quaint. I don’t really write reviews, but I can honestly say that Julianne is the reason for this post. As a server, she had a friendly smile and was very attentive to my needs. I will definitely be back.

Got the daily special of the chorizo skillet. Food was great and service was also. Also got a sandwich to go for lunch.

I love the Breakfast Station! Such amazing food and I had a great experience there. Our server Julianne was very kind and warm, she made us feel at home even though it was our first time at the restaurant! I will definitely be returning!

The moment I walked through the door everyone was in a good mood with smiles on their face. My waitress was Jax. She is the most amazing waitress I have had in a long time. Funny energetic and a wonderful personality. Food came out fast and tasted amazing. I will be back soon.

Wow this food was delish!! I’ve lived in this area for a while and I have been waiting for so long for a good restaurant to come along and it is here. Came with my son and will be back very soon. Great decor as well. Good luck breakfast station ridge manor

I had the Meat Trio Skillet, and the flavor was astounding. The service was good and the place had a great atmosphere.

On January 1st I Stopped in for lunch for the third time since they have been open and today wasn’t such a good experience with service the manager greeted us and sat us and got our drink order awesome but being that was the only thing we did get not so awesome because we never got to see our lunch after our server brea brought us drinks so we wasted our lunch time for sweet teas. The manager was running between the kitchen cooking and in the dining area. Poor kid. I get it busy holiday just wanted to give my feedback. Food was super delicious the last two times maybe will we try again another day with another server!

The cook was great. My eggs & bacon were perfect, sadly the grits were dry and needed salt. The pancakes were good not great. Alot of food for the money and very good service. We'll go back!

Julianne is an amazing server, very attentive, and kind. The CFS is my favorite meal. Great place to eat, family friendly and always busy. The food comes out so fast. Love Breakfast Station Ridge Manor

An overall excellent dining experience. We were greeted by Vanessa who not only sat us, but also asked if she could get our drink order for our waitress, Julie. Our drinks were brought out quickly by another server, Sam, who told us that Julie would be right with us. And just like that, Julie arrived at our table & took our order. I said all that to say this, the teamwork was amazing to make the customer feel engaged and attended to. We ordered the chicken Philly wrap and the patty melt w/ added bacon and thousand island dressing. To say this was the best patty melt I’ve ever had is mild compared to the actual experience of eating it. It made my tongue want to slap my ear!! And the chicken Philly wrap was to just die and go to Philly heaven for. And, I can’t forget the bottomless iced teas glass. I never saw the bottom of my glass for someone always filling it back up.

I had jalexus for my meal. She was amazing and had a great personality. She was so bubbly and happy. The hobo was good. Overall the food was the best. 10/10

Observing the Reviews of other people on this page, I have noticed guests who are overly demanding, I have been to this place many times on weekends and yes, they have treated us like family, I have never had better attention anywhere else place. If there are people who believe they are better than others, well they are very wrong. I have always been welcome, everyone can see the effort of their work and dedication. I have observed that every time I go to visit the place they are busier but they still treat you wonderfully. Thank you Breafast Station and the Staff for your good effort and dedication. Go ahead and those who don't like the end of the street there are more places that deserve to be treated worse. But never better than Breafast Station in this location... LSantana
