Dr. Steinkamp and his office staff are always superb. The care they take to make sure each procedure is done properly is of great respect to the patient. They always operate in the best manner of improving the patients well-being. Not enough words can be said of how great this office and staff are maintained and operate.

Who sends text to verify an appoint via a personal phone that you can't reach them back on?? I ended up taking my business to Ocala from Brooksville due to the actual dentist completely screwing up my teeth and MIGHT I ADD i had to fix 2 filled cavities replaced in 4 MONTHS TIME because they fell out.... So that's how service is over here !! Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist than this office!

My husband and I went to this office for one cleaning and check up (only preventative care so you typically only have to pay your deductible) and they sent me a bill of $109 and I should have only owed $50. Well i had to fight tooth and nail with these people calling back and forth between my insurance company and the dental office and it was a complete nightmare and it ended up being an error on the dental offices end, not my insurance. And when the issue got resolved and my balance became $50 like it was suppose to be I didn't get even get an apology or explanation of what happened. The front desk lady was very unapologetic for all the trouble I had been through even after I expressed that I was extremely frustrated and it just leads me to believe they are just trying to scam people for more money as sad as that sounds! So always check your statements with this place and don't let them overcharge you! It seemed silly to go through all this work for $60 but its the principal of it. It's wrong what they did and makes me wonder how much extra money they have gotten from people who didn't take the time to advocate for themselves. Shame on them.
