Thompson-Boeger has been taking care of our family wonderfully for years. From storm damage to our house through several auto claims they have handled all with a personal caring touch. We also shop rates every couple of years and are pleased with their prices.

We have been with Thompson-Boerger Insurance for longer than I can remember, but safe to say 30 years or more. Our life has been pretty good, so fortunately we have not had to "use" our insurance very often over the years. But when we did, Cathy and her team were accessible and super responsive.

Two years ago, we had a flood in the basement of our 100 year old house that I was not even sure would be covered by our Homeowner's Policy. Cathy made sure that the damages were qualified and was able to make a claim for about $10,000. This was for repairs needed whether we had insurance or not, so essentially she saved us $10,000 out of pocket.

Also recently, Cathy contacted us out of the blue to suggest we move our home and auto insurance to a new carrier. Again, this saved us hundreds of dollars each year, with no degradation in coverage. As a matter of fact we had a small claim immediately after the change, and I was concerned that there was going to be an issue with the claim, but there was none. The claim was processed and we were paid, as if we had been a customer of the new insurer for years.

I would highly recommend Thompson-Boerger Insurance, and especially Cathy to everyone in the Northern Kentucky area. They have been great partners with us for a long time.
