Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar - Miami Lakes

This was my first experience at Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar and I will definitely be back. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. My server made excellent recommendations after hearing that I had never eaten there before. The sampler contained ceviche, chaufa, fried ceviche and jalea del mar. It provided enough food for 2-3 people and it's also a great way to try a few dishes without having to order them separately. I did take off one star because the atmosphere itself isn't very inviting and I had to constantly ask for refills on my water. A tad bit more attention would have been nice, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy at the time.

When I want the perfect and flavorful chaufa. This is the place for me. The place look really nice and the food are amazing.

First time visiting, and it was AMAZING starting with our server Lazaro which asked us if it was our first time. And so he provided us with the best recommendations which we loved all the mix of flavors. We loved how professional he was at explaining all the plates that we might be interested in and also the cocktail was amazing. He knows his job and ingredients to fully explain everything into all the dishes asked about. To more servers like him to make people's experiences the best.The restaurant and food was so delicious and flavorful you can never go wrong with Peruvian cuisine. We loved it and will return. The food is delicious! We had sushi and pesto pasta with churasco. They were fantastic and couldn't have been better. They have a lovely outdoor seating area with a gentle breeze. The service was friendly and attentive. This place can get pretty busy so expect a crowd but rarely a wait to be seated. Also keep in mind gratuity is added to the bill after the tax. Lovely restaurant with great food. You won't be disappointed!

The food is great! I love to go with my family or friends, I always have the Aji de gallina that is amazing and tasty. The sushi and the causa limeña are also good. Prices are not that cheap, specially for the cocktails, but still pretty normal for Miami. The service is good. Avoid lunch or dinner time as will find a lot of people.

So I don’t like ceviche or seafood. However I had the churrasco with the green pasta and it was pretty good! Im a picky eater so I was skeptical about eating green pasta lol but I actually liked it! It wasn’t bad at all! I loved my cocktail it was sweet called flor de jamaica! 🌺Also first time I tried toasted corn like that! And I loved it! It was so good and addicting I couldn’t stop eating it. They served it as an entry. It was really good! I would have what I ordered again!

This spot was highly recommended by multiple locals and it definitely did not disappoint! First off, the food here was absolutely delicious! All of the food here screams with high quality ingredients packed with tons of flavor. I tried mostly their seafood dishes and couldn’t be more in heaven. I was pleasantly surprised by their octopus dish - I normally avoid eating octopus due to it being chewy and bland, but here it was not chewy whatsoever and also packed with flavor. In regards to service - it was top notch. The waiter was extremely attentive and also helpful in deciding what dishes to try. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out if you have a craving for Peruvian food!

Place was awesome,, very cozy. The food was very well prepared and the flavour was amazing. The service is super fast, they have a well amount of employees to make sure you get the attention you deserve. I found it a bit expensive but Ceviche is never cheap. I would say that this a place that you will spend around 50 per person.

Fresh, delicious Peruvian meals. I was very impressed on presentation & flavor of the dishes. Must have the Pisco sour & house fruit shake. Very important. Gratuity is added to check but may choose to add more tip or reduce according to service. My service was superb.

Delicious! Every bite! Pricey, but worth it! Roberto was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended! Our food came out fast at the perfect temperature. Only drawback: cutlery should be placed in such way that handles come out first when taken out of the paper bags!

The food was delicious 😍 I have come several times to this place and it is undoubtedly one of the best Peruvian restaurants I have tried. 100% recommended.

First time here and the food was amazing to start with the original Pisco. We had some crab tostones that were to die for. The ceviche was good but not amazing ( Im weird). The hit of day was a dish called 911 salmon Omgggggg that was truly remarkable the flavor, the presentation it was AMAZING!!!!!!!! We are definitely coming back

What an excellent service and the food is great, but what else can you say about Peruvian food? Is one of the best worldwide, I want to thank Andrea our server, she went above and beyond to make us feel good, she recommended a dish and she wasn't wrong, it was delicious. Keep up the good work and the great service.

We had great experience at Dr. Limón. The food was delicious. VERY FLAVORFUL! Make sure your palate is prepared for this. The servers are running around non-stop to make sure all the tables are attended. S

So imma say I'm a kinda shy😳 person to be in public places and I was recommended to go to dr. Limon 🍈 at the bar site and I had a great experience, I was tended to by Alfonso he was very nice🤝, I do not drink alcohol🥃, but I wanted to go out and he serve me a good tasty piña colada🍹 without alcohol of course and ✌🍹🍹 of them 😃 so I stood there for a while and people were very nice and well I had desert 🍰 at the end , thank you, Alfonso, for the good service.

The food and service is exceptional!! Everything was delicious from the drinks, appetizers, food and dessert. Definitely coming back!!!

OMG, the food and the experience was awesome. Met some co-workers here today for lunch and everything was delicious and our waiter was great! We ordered: three-flavored ceviche sampler, Tostones de Cangrejo, grilled octopus with anticuchera sauce, roasted potatoes, and chimichurri, Pescado a lo Macho Crispy fish fillet, creamy seafood sauce, mixed seafood (not on the menu slow roasted pork leg with fried rice), Peruvian flan, Crème Brulee. Our server was the best, he suggested menu items to us and I ordered the pork dish that was not on the menu and I was not disappointed. I have a seafood allergy, so I didn't taste my co-worker's food, but they said it was delicious. The food was very flavorful and a good atmosphere. I would definitely come back to eat here.

Our waiter, Patrecio provided 5 star service and made the experience memorable. The food is beautifully displayed, delicious and nice portions.

Good ceviche. Pricey, staff is super nice. Chaufa is more fried rice. Missing something bit tasty. The suspiro de amor is one of the best i have tried. Impecable service. It was my 1st time dining at Dr Limon Ceviche, I will definitely will come back. Thank you for the good time.

It's always good to come back to this restaurant. My first time at this location, but definitely the best. I love everything!
