Craft American Eatery - Prime 36 Restaurant

Such great spot! Stopped here after getting off a cruise before a flight. Everything was amazing! Food, service, atmosphere, everything! This was one of the best meals I had in a while. My personal favorites were the empanadas and the white sangria 😘. I don't know when, but I will definitely be back.

Loved this place. Everything on the menu looks delicious, the Crispy Chicken pizza is superb, the atmosphere is calming, the staff is super friendly. You got to try the Key Lime Pie, made from scratch and may need to order a separate plate for each person - it's that good

We went in this eatery this evening and it has been a extra positive surprise! Tuta has been a very friendly pro ! We got homemade empanadas, creamy spinachs, soup of the day (lentils and beef) , skirt steak (rare) and Parmesan and butter spaghetti for our daughter.
The sizes are large for Italians as we are, but the tastes…. Over the top! I had to frankly admit that the skirt steak has survlassed the one I grilled ( and I am one that manages charcoals and meats since I was 14 (now 51) .

Prime 36 is a breath of fresh air in an area that’s difficult to find good food. The inside is clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The service from the wait staff and restaurant manager was attentive, warm and personal. The chefs were energetic and humorous. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work - always a good sign in any restaurant. Most importantly, the food was clean, wholesome and delicious.

There are some hearty vegetarian options and some great steak dishes for the carnivores out there. No shortage of dessert options for the sweet tooth either. A favorite dish was the Cobb Salad which I added strip steak to. And at the end of a long day, try the house lemonade – made fresh and in the style of the bartender on duty. Revitalizing!

There are several hotels in the area. If you find yourself needing to stay somewhere nearby for an extended period (and you don’t have a car), consider prioritizing staying within walking distance of Prime 36. Eating well is essential to any good routine. Once I found this restaurant, I was coming here on a regular basis. It was basically an oasis to me during a rather busy two week stay on business.

Our waitress was sooo great! She was so warm & welcoming! The meatball appetizer was delicious, the flatbread & lasagna entrees were amazing! Great service & very clean place

We ate here for a lunch and dinner before and after a cruise because we were staying at the hotel connected to it. The servers were wonderful, the owner or maybe manager interacts with everyone. He showed me a tip on chilling wine, which I was impressed. The food , service and atmosphere were top notch and I highly recommend.

Great Argentinian/American diner! It's very convenient when you stay at Cottonwood Suites or near the airport. Food is great. I recommend the Skirt Steak with chimichurri!

The staff was also very friendly and welcoming

Good location where just next to my hotel. Good services and good quality good. I love the margarita. Chicken wing with BBQ source is great too. BTW, the bread with butter, vinegar and olive oil is amazing, try this match and you will love it.

What an incredible find! The food here was amazing! We had the prime burger with fries and a chicken flatbread pizza. Both were excellent! The prime burger was seasoned and cooked well. The toppings worked incredibly well together. The flatbread pizza was huge with moist chunks of chicken. It too was well seasoned and was so good!

Great service and great food! Our waitress made us custom cocktails at our request and was so polite and hospitable. We got the margherita flatbread for our starter and the grilled chicken and NY strip for our entrees. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking to share a delicious meal!

The first thig that I want to say is the outside does not do this place justice. The resturant is connected to the candlewood suites hotel, and is truly a hidden gem. Prime36 serves breakfast lunch and dinner. For this review I will be rating a couple of dinner options.

The atmosphere was lovely, with relaxing minimalist decor. Miguel, the GM brings his hospitality all the way from Spain and is the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home. His demeanor and management style is that of someone who is experienced and loves what he does.

Now for the food, the family and I had a variety of items and there not one thing that was not good. Chef Fernando puts a symphony of flavors together to make a simple yet delicious menu. What I like most is that this this place is not trying to be something that it is not and had a small menu which (in my experience) the food typically turns out good.

I started off with the sancocho soup and it was delish. The beef was tender and melted in your mouth. The broth was flavorful and the veggies gave the soup a wonderful aroma. The house and steak salad was crisp and airy while the steak was perfectly cooked, tender but had a nice chew. Now one of my favorite items were the house made empanadas. Unfortunately I was unable to try the chicken and beef, but was fortunate enough to have the spinich and ham & cheese. The spinich was nice and puffy a d had a hint of nutmeg which surprising and delicious. The ham & cheese was warm and gooey with a nice flaky crust. Now I did not get to try the lasagna but it's homemade and my kid ate it all and that kid is picky and only eats my Italian father-in-law's pasta and shells, so it had to be good.

In the end, Prime35 needs to be on your must try list. I am sure you won't be disappointed, but that is just my opinion. So go and try them and form your own opinion.

Great service, even BETTER FOOD!
We ordered Caesar Salad topped with shrimp, which were crispy on the outside and PERFECTLY tender inside. Just the right amount of dressing on the crisp salad.
Also the tuna topped with avocado was delicious, perfectly rare, and the mashed potatoes were a wonderful complement. The only thing that irked me was the empty area on the plate. Would have preferred something colorful, rather than half an empty plate.
Will definitely come back when in the area, and fill that empty hole on the plate.

I went here for a preworkout steak. I ordered the picanha steak and some calamari. I was full after this meal. The food was good. Med Rare has red in the middle here as some places will still overcook the steak. I ordered the house salad side as I wanted more vegetables as well. The food came out quickly and the waitress was nice. Overall things were good here and I do recommend

We went there around 8pm. The restaurant is below the candlewood hotel, you have to be in the lookout to not pass it while driving because it's slightly hidden. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is absolutely fantastic, great recommendations and very attentive. 💥💥You have to try the grilled salmon with the house salad and saute vegetables is to die for. 💥💥 also the kale salad with tuna is quiet tasty. Also the grilled provolone is super satisfying. Try the Hendricks Gin and tonic with lime and cucumber. Mmmmm.... can't wait to go back for more. Maybe catch the happy hour they have until 7pm. Overall 💥💥💥💥💥 5 stars well earned.

We came into town on a short vacation and looking for restaurants for breakfast, then found this one on google. We were trying to avoid anything bad as the area we were staying in seemed iffy, but we were so glad to pick this place! The ambience was super comfortable, dim lighting, greenery, and just nice. The food was even better, the steak was perfect, the hollandaise sauce was incredible and my favorite and the coffee was top notch. We’ll come here again when we visit

Best food and best service ever! I can't say enough good things about this establishment! Absolutely delicious & amazing food 🤤 Tuta was so very kind, friendly, efficient, & catering to our needs.

We ate here our first night in Miami and let me tell you that everything was perfect!!!! The atmosphere at Prime 36 is well-lighted and comfortable. Selection of music was great. We enjoyed every song that was being played. Our server was very energetic and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even though she tended to our table she also made the best drinks behind the bar. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and picanha steak sandwich both were delicious and served fresh and hot! The mojitos were the BOMB best I’ve ever had!!! My boyfriend had Long Island ice tea which was great also! Whenever we visit again this place will definitely be on the list to dine!!!

So, a bit over a year ago, we roll up to this place on a whim, and it turns out to be a genius move. Now, my wife and I practically have a reserved booth. Why? Because this place is amazing , and the service is A+. Tuta, our main server, is the MVP that keeps us hooked. Seriously, she's the reason we're regulars. Tuta's not just bringing us our meals; she's making us feel like we belong, like we're part of her extended family
And can we talk about her positivety? It's like a constant mood-lifter. Even when this place is hustling and bustling, Tuta is on and never slows down. I swear, her good spirits are contagious. It's like she's got a secret stash of positivity that she dishes out with every plate.
So, if you want top-notch eats, killer service, and that homey feel, this spot is the real deal. Tuta's the icing on the cake that makes it an A+ dining spot in our book.

This was the best food I‘ve eaten in a while! The service was very, very, very friendly and kind. I tried the house salad, this was the best decision! The garlic bread was also fantastic and the Key Lime Pie was overwhelming good. I absolutely recommend everything of it. The prices are very fair. Thank you for everything! You guys are great ♥
