In an awesome location close to gas stations, local restaurants, hotels, etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an absolutely delicious guava and cheese empanada, my word it was amazing.

Had a great selection of items to choose from and the prices were reasonable. It's a little more than a convenience store because sitting down and having a snack is very normal there.

Highly recommend.

I’m surprised to find this place labeled as “convenient store”, it is so much more! Food in here can put to shame some top restaurants around town, and service is very good. 5 stars for one of the best steaks I ever had.

I went here for breakfast. I ordered the omelette with ham and american cheese. You can get other breakfast items. They stop serving breakfast around 10:00 and then you can get lunch items from their kitchen. its also a convenience store that sells candy , protein bars/ drinks, energy drink and some alcohol. They're open 24 hours which is pretty good. They're right off 36th street so getting here is easy even walking. Overall good

Local food spot in the area of the airport. It is my top choice store in the area to pick up a turkey wrap, snack items or a cafecito.

My daughter and I visited this convinient store and we loved it, they have really good food, we stayed down the block on the Best Western plus and it was nice to know that we can have fresh food in a walking distance. The service was great specially Melisa and I think the other lady's name is Suheidy they were very nice and helpful. I will definitely visit again this store when i visit Miami.

More than a convenience store! They have freshly made salads and sandwiches, a steam table with home made hot foods. Tables and chairs inside and outside. Very friendly service. Parking has room for trailers. You can easily walk here safely from the local hotels nearby.

Best place to stop by and grab a quick bite at a fair price, or sit down and have a full-blown meal, meanwhile the staff is very friendly and the place is always clean and busy which is a great sign. They also have lotto, beer, wine, sandwiches, and more.

We came here for 2 bottles of wine, a dozen cans of Coke Zero, 4 pack of pint beer, and suntan lotion after walking from a nearby hotel, and wanted to buy from a store not connected with a genocide gas station like the Chevron across the street.

Spent $45 to get the above.

I suggest they expand their suntan lotion offerings but I’ve no complaints. Might come back for breakfast.

Sandwiches are awesome. Love the prosciutto. Salads are great. Huge selection of drinks. Good coffee. Super clean. Great spot if near the airport. Definitely recommend.

Great sandwiches at any time of the day (or night). I had the Cuban sandwich and the service was excellent!!! I’ll be back for more soon…

Awesome food selection. They also use boars head meat to make subs which are amazing. Wide selection of.craft beer but the flavors dont rotate to much. Open 24.hours so it saves me and my friends all the time.

Really good comfort food, love the Latino food specially because the quantity and quality is really good and feels like homemade! Will definitely visit often

As much as I frequent Miami Springs, I did not have the pleasure of trying it until Hurricane Irma. My mom had often times mentioned Downstairs but I literally thought she meant she went downstairs of a building. Judgment free zone here.

After Irma passed, this restaurant was our saving grace as it was primarily the only place in Miami Springs. We were out of power for practically a week and ate here everyday for breakfast. Lunch we had covered. Salads never tasted so good.

It was during this time that I fell in love with their cafe con leche. Now let me stop here for a moment. My job has a cafeteria and I typically would get my cafe con leche from there. Little did I know that I was missing out on GOOD cafe con leche all this time.

Now this is a frequent stop for me in the mornings; if I am not in a Starbucks mood. Thank goodness it's on my way to work! The lady that makes it, makes it just the way I like each. and. every. time. (Yes I did that on purpose for a dramatic effect).

Thank you Downstairs for being my family's saving grace during the Hurricane Irma aftermath.

Best hidden secret in the Springs!!! Vast menu, great portions, food is DELICIOUS!!! Shrimp Tacos are to die for! Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed!

You can’t go wrong with anything here. Anytime I fly into MIA, the captain and I always walk over and get some amazing food here. My favorites are the empanadas and Cuban.

My favorite convenience store and they have great fresh food as well the for real shakes are the bomb

Breath of fresh air. Genuinly impressed w/ the unexpectedly pleasant experience; beer, baked goods, indoor & outdoor seating, unrestricted restroom, well-lit, inexpensive. Reccomended.

The pastries look delicious, they also have brazilian food like picanha on the menu, very nice staff
