New Balance Factory Store

Exceptional service at New Balance! Manager Teresa, along with Sarah and the team, provided outstanding assistance. The entire staff went above and beyond, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I cannot recommend them enough. Kudos to Teresa, Sarah, and the team! This is the only store I will be purchasing shoes from now on.

Great place! My husband needed new shoes while on vacation (May 8) and the staff here were super helpful. My husband was having some issues with his foot and one staff member said she had an idea of which shoes would be good, but had another staff member more familiar with what we'd need help us. My husband was, and still is, very happy with his shoes and we were able to have a great vacation!

A good selection, the prices were about the same as in the UK so we didn't bother getting any trainers here as it would have taken up room in our luggage

I would like to start off by saying a huge Thank You to all the staff at the Vineland store!!!! We went in to get shoes for my husband on May 25 and came out with one pair of shoes. We then went back on May 28 and spent time talking with Orlando and he was so helpful and patient answering questions to help my husband out. THANK YOU so much for all your help!! The service was top notch!!!!
