Pearl Factory Hawaii's Original Pearl-in-the-Oyster

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time. Karen was so nice and professional. When I come back to Florida I will definitely visit this place again.

We did the pick your Pearl experience and it was amazing! My best friend and I pulled two of the hairiest and ugliest oysters you could find, (those are supposed to have the nicest pearls), and wound up with two blue pearls. We were told these are rare, roughly 1/100. We wound up with what we determined were sister pearls. The jewelry to put them on was a bit pricey (starts around $60) but good quality. Absolutely awesome, memorable experience. Highly recommend.

This was a lot of fun! My daughter picked a beautiful white pearl with pink swirls. The girls are so sweet and helpful! I will say the jewelry was a bit too expensive for us so we will probably purchase something elsewhere for her to wear her pearl!

Awesome experience! We were able to pick our own oyster to get a pearl out of. One was silver and one was white. Really unique experience and the value was there as well. The pearls can be formed with all sorts of jewelry

I had gone to Pearl Factory, four times throughout my trip because it was such an enjoyable experience! Tiffany was an absolute wonder! She made the pearl selection process so enjoyable and personal. She was not pushy about selling the settings and offered all options, even “budget friendly”ones I had asked about. Can’t wait to visit again and pick more pearls!

I visited this location on 2/26/21. I originally was not going to buy jewelry on my trip to Disney Springs but when I saw this booth, something pulled me towards it. Once I walked up to the counter, saw they had black pearl jewelry in stock and it was beautifully displayed. When I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, I knew I would be making a purchase.

I was in search of a black pearl ring. Rebecca showed me a hibiscus flower ring with a smaller pearl. It was perfect. Then I wanted to pair some earrings with it too. I ended up purchasing a ring and pair of earrings. Once I had tried on the ring, I knew it was a perfect match for me.

I didn't explain to Rebecca that I had just lost my father a few days earlier, but I did say "Dad would want me to have this jewelry. It's beautiful". I wasn't ready to open up to her right there to explain why I was purchasing the jewelry but REBECCA if you see this review... My Dad passed away a few days before I visited you and he would have wanted me to splurge and purchase some beautiful jewelry that makes me feel special. You helped me find these pieces and made me feel so comfortable to make the purchase in my time of grieving. I wear them several times a week to remind me of my Dad and my solo trip to Disney to reminisce and walk down memory lane.

This is an amazing place! Picking your own Pearl and setting is a fun experience. I have two beautiful pieces of jewelry from them. I would highly recommend them!

Went here on vacation and was helped by Karen. She did an amazing job. I purchased not one but two pearls and had them put into a ring and necklace. She truly was amazing and made the experience worth it.

Such a fun and unique experience! My daughter picked a gorgeous blue pearl that she had set into a ring. It was very interesting to learn about how the pearls are formed and the selection of settings is great. Thank you!

An employee named Karen who works here is simply a ball of sunshine and I can only wish the best for her! We got to pick a Pearl and made two necklaces for my grandma and I. Will definitely be back in the future!

It was a great surprise to get a beautiful pink pearl, and a nice ring to go with it. Very reasonable prices! The staff are very patient and helpful, no pressure at all!

My family and i took a roadtrip from new york to florida and our main goal was to go here! My mom and I love jewelry and picked 3 oysters. 2 were white and one was a rare silver blue! Brittany was very fun, helpful and knowledgeable on the oysters and pearls. We made beautiful jewelry

I had the BEST first time experience on my birthday at Pearl Factory in Disney Springs. The sales lady was super chill! I would highly recommend trying it out!

It's a nice little pearl-in-an-oyster store where you choose your own oyster to crack open for a guaranteed pearl. You then use it to create your own unique piece of jewelry. Elba, the staff working when I visited was exceptionally friendly and warm, helping my girlfriend and I choose a pearl each for a combined creation for a necklace.

I loved everything about the experience of finding what kind of peal you’ll get. I got to open two and I got a black pearl and a pink one. Customer service was absolutely amazing.

So happy to see this place here in Disney Springs. Every visit we would get pearls at Epcot, but when they stopped this year we were sad to not get any, so very excited to see this place when wandering around disney springs.
