My 16 year old bull terrier was at end of life, or so we thought. He was barely eating or walking and non stop panting. My family was already in mourning. Doctor caballero send us some medication and it turned back time. Seems like we will have some more time with our pupper. We we went from sad tears to happy tears. Thanks again Doc !

Had to fly out last minute and my puppy needed his shots and physical exam before traveling. I walked in and the staff offered me an appointment the same day. I was very grateful for that The Vet and tech were very nice and explain everything to me. Also got a good price for everything that my dog needed. Definitely will stay with them. Totally worth it.

A big thank you to Dr. Caballero, Vet Tech Alexa, and all the friendly office staff at Sunset Pet Hospital for taking such good care of Chacho. I shopped around for a good vet and finally have found the best one. They have given me such great advice on caring for my little pooch. My only regret is it tends to be expensive however I have found that’s true across the board at various clinics and well I would pay anything for my dog. They have an annual plan that helps to cover costs. They helped heal my dog after a scary stomach infection. Thanks again. Also since you only get to see Chacho when he is scared and has to wear a muzzle, here he is when he is playful and happy.

I have 3 dogs and am pretty critical of vets. I’m also relatively new to the area and have tried a few veterinarians and finally found a primary vet that I am very happy with. Dr. Callabero is very attentive and knowledgeable. He takes time to address my concerns and answer any questions I may have. The staff and vet techs here are also very good. I highly recommend.

I love that they are not pushy with getting you to do extra on your pet. They are punctual with their appointments and reasonably priced.

Dr. Caballero is a great Veterinarian. Have known him for many years and I know for a fact that he practices the highest level of medicine.
His staff is well trained, courteous, professional and most importantly, very compassionate.
I will continue seeing Dr. Caballero for anything I need with my pets.

Thankful is an understatement! I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Dr. Caballero literally saved my dogs life! Words can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for him and his amazing staff. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust my dogs with any other vet. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive! Specially Dr. Caballero, he was beyond attentive and went above and beyond for my baby. His passion is admirable and you can see how he genuinely loves what he does!

This is the BEST Hospital we have ever taken our yorkie ("BABY") to. Dr. Caballero has saved our baby's life so many times. We relocated and drove 3 hours yesterday. They made the time for our baby with no appointment. There is nothing negative to say about this hospital. He is very understanding along with his staff. Words cannot even begin to explain how thankful we are for him and his amazing staff. As we just relocated and we can say honestly, we wouldn’t trust our baby with any other vet. They are very knowledgeable! Especially Dr. Caballero, goes above and beyond for our baby. Dr. Caballero and staff thank you for everything you do for our baby. When it comes to saving our baby's life I rely on Dr. Caballero no matter what it costs!!!

We Absolutely love our vet! He is thorough, caring and has been great with our puppy, Cooper. We are first time dog owners and the doctor and staff have been so supportive in answering any questions we have and helping us through the puppy stages. The staff is friendly with Cooper and he loves to visit them.

Amazing service! The staff is diligent and courteous. Dr. Caballero is caring and you can tell that he is very knowledgeable in his field. I have a frenchie that has very problematic skin. I went to various vets,dished out a bunch of money, and no results. Then I went to Dr. Caballero and he was diagnosed properly and treated appropriately, and now his skin is perfect. Thank you Sunset Pet Hospital for taking care of my baby! New second location is amazing and state of the art. i high recommend both locations.

Dr. Caballero is an excellent veterinarian with many years of experience. He has been our veterinarian for 20 plus years. He is a compassionate doctor and sensitive to the concerns of his client's concerns for their beloved pets. I would not entrust my babies to anyone else. He has a friendly staff that always makes you feel welcomed.

The Pet Hospital is always clean and well-maintained and they offer a wide variety of services and pet products.

I've been taking my dog to Dr. Caballero since she was a puppy. He is very caring and has always been able to assist with her needs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I drive 30 minutes from Broward to take my dog to see Dr. Caballero. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sunset Pet Hospital is the most professional Veterinary Hospital I have been to date. The staff are all very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to the pet. I have been taking my three dogs all with different problems to Dr. Caballero and he has treated me and my pets with respect and gave me the right diagnosis, even after me and my family have been to three other vets from before him.

I live in Davie which is about 20 mins away from the clinic, but i would not trust anyone else with my dogs. Me and my family support Sunset Pet Hospital and trust them with our pets anytime.

Amazing staff, amazing Vet! Dr. Caballero is kind, patient and gentle with my two month old puppies. Facility is clean and inviting. Happy I found the right dr for my pups!
