Business hours stated open from 0800-2100 but have been waiting for 15 minutes passed 0800 and still closed. Maybe change the hours to 0900 but do not give false advertising please. Thank you

This location will not honor online orders if you are using a GNC certificate or applying any percentages off for ordering online and picking up in store as stated on website. My online order was canceled (now money and certificate on hold) because I applied a $5 off certificate and used the 10% for picking up in store for reasons as stated to me by the manager; l will lose money if I fill this order.

So I’m a loyal GNC member as long as I DON’T use the rewards for continuously shopping and supporting GNC and pay full price? Very bad business and rude employees!!! Guess I’ll take my business to Vitamin Shoppe if this is how GNC treats their customers.

I placed an order for pickup for the 10% discount. When I arrive the owner of the store cancelled my order because he didn’t want to honor the discount. They had plenty in stock!! Not going there anymore along with plenty others from near by gyms.
