This review is based on the service I received at the actual post office in downtown Hopkinsville, not service delivered to my house. Issac has helped me twice and he’s been very friendly, professional and overall good at his job. Every time I’ve visited it’s been in the late afternoon between 2-4 and I’ve barely had a wait.

Had a package that I needed to get to someone I love and they made that happen. I called the national post office line and received some pretty rough customer service however when I reached the gentleman working at this location he made sure that everything was able to be resolved. I'd even be willing to say the genuine curtesy and respect I felt restored my faith in humanity a little bit. If you live in this area consider yourself lucky that the one post office in your town might be one of the best around!

Doors are always open if you need to drop off any mail! Helpful staff, but I think they deserve more than what they are credited for! This service exceeds the gold Star.
