One of the best doctors I have come upon since I've started have so many issues. He really takes the time to figure out what the problem is. I am grateful that after 3 years and many doctors he took the time and found the issues and we are now making a plan to get me in better health. Highly recommend him!

Unprofessional, refused to give me paperwork that is being requested by law. I called before I traveled there and was told they could assist me, only to get there to be told the opposite

Call him Dr. Google. The entire time I went for my first visit he was searching on his computer and pulling up information to read off to me. My husband called the office to schedule an appointment with another provider and they told him that he cannot leave this doctor. He wasn’t allowed to change doctors. My husband said I understand that he is out of town a lot visiting family but he is never here to see me so I would like to see the other provider. They refused. They will not let me schedule with the other provider who is my assigned doctor. They never have appointments. Ever. My husband and I went to this practice because we knew were getting older and we have things that could cause long-term affects. We wanted to be in a position that our doctor knew us and would be able identify that we had cancer or something serious... But you will never get into this doctor to know if you have something seriously wrong with you van or not. He won’t even know if you have some thing minor. Because they will not be available for appointments. And the front desk staff are extremely rude.

He used to be very good before he got so busy. Now my husband is looking for a new Dr and he won't fill a month supply of lasix for him that he takes for congestive heart failure until he gets into the new Dr, which he has to have for his heart. Baptist Health in Madisonville is great and Hopkinsville used to be.
