I've been with Dr. Cleves and his wonderful co-workers for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience, not even once. I'm treated with respect by everyone I come into contact with here. I'm treated like my health matters! And I would never go anywhere else. You can't put a price on feeling like you matter and piece of mind.

Dr Buck is very pleasant, my new PCP, he came very highly recommended from others. Very thorough and understanding during my visit with my 2 injuries, immediately got labs done and Xrays, immediate referral to Orthopedic . Kasey is outstanding !!!!

Front desk staff ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful. Nurses listen attentively to you and treat you with respect. Doctors are thorough in addressing your needs. Dr. Cleves is AWESOME! He's been my doc now for 27yrs.

Exceptional! However... the new phone system 😕 something is not working right. On hold for 30 + min trying to reach Univ Station to make sure if specimen drop off ok Monday am while trying to make it to work on time. Thankfully they were there - but my call just stayed on hold - had to listen to same TriHealth jingle for a very long commute this am.
