Olivia's Cafe

I had actually never heard of this restaurant before one of my friends brought me here for dinner one night! It’s at Disney’s Old Key West Resort and if you know Disney, everything has a back story. Rhe theming of this restaurant is all about being in Old Key West, from the mismatched furniture and silverware, to the colors and food style. The prime rib is wonderful and the cost isn’t insanely high compared to other Disney dining experiences. This is a great, underrated restaurant for sure.

Had been recommended this place so much from friends and they had taken me here as I was staying at Old Key West - and the southern buttermilk chicken is just the best! I’m used to gravy being brown (the British style) so it threw me off slightly with white gravy but the American gravy had been a great addition to the dish. I would have gotten it the following day if I hadn’t been wanting to try different dishes whilst I was in the US. The staff are absolutely lovely and prompt, the drinks were amazing and have recommended others to go try as well 😁

A very decent Disney restaurant with decent prices. The food was high quality, and they handled my dietary restrictions very well. The server was kind, and we enjoyed the experience. The only annoyance is that it is quite loud with all the families in the large dining area.

We always enjoy Olivia’s at least once on every trip to Disney World! Although their fried chicken is a “must have” - I am watching my macros this year so ordered the salmon! It was GREAT!

One of the best little hidden gems at Disney is Olivia’s at Old Key West Resort. We found this place a few years ago and have fallen in love with it’s charm and food. The Bloody Mary is made with house made mix and Kettle One vodka. Their breaded chicken is their most popular dish and will not let you down. Brunch was the meal for us today but you can’t go wrong anytime.

The shrimp and grits are amazing too bad Dec 13 2023 they are going off the menu so if you can stop in definitely order them. Antonio is amazing keep it up Bro🤙🏾

Alright alright… I’ve been to this restaurant dozen times and I realized just now that I never let the world know how much I love it!!!
Favorite restaurant for brunch/breakfast/lunch, (in disney property) I never tried at dinner but I am sure I wouldn’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is pretty much of key west, the food’s just amazing. I am obsessed with their buttermilk pancakes!!! Even if I try most of the thing, they remain my fav. Servers are very sweet and always so smiling! Love being there!

Overall good food with some minor misses. Key west freeze was delicious and not overall tart. Shrimp fritter were very tasty, but wish they were a bit more crunchy. PRImE RIB!!!! The best seasoned item and vegetables I have had on Disney property although I could have done without the other side item. Dessert was a bit of a disappointment.

We have eaten here before and are never disappointed when we do. The food and service are excellent. We did have to wait a bit before being let in because we arrived during the peak lunch hour, but we only had to wait a half hour before we were actually seated. The nautical theme and working antique air mover add to the ambience. I tried the banana bread pudding with a side of ham this time. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger. We both enjoyed our meals taste and how quickly they had them ready for us. There are a few ways to get to this location. You can either drive here or take a bus or boat from Disney Springs. We like taking the scenic boat ride when we can.

Olivia's Cafe is one of the Disney Eateries that offers brunch items. Despite so many recommended menu options, I decided to try the special, Crab Cake Benedict. This dish delighted my tastebuds with its perfectly poached egg and meaty crabcake perched atop a fluffy buttermilk biscuit. The Key Lime Hollandaise sauce was plentiful and flowed over the mini-mountain of brunch magic. I had to order dessert to go, the bananas foster.
Equally delightful was the service. Antonio, from Long Island, was amazing and attentive, even though I was dining alone. I highly recommend this moderately priced Cafe.

Perfect little gem at Disney! This is a great restaurant at the Old Key West Resort. Perfect if you are trying to stay on property, but you also want to get away from all the chaos of the busier restaurants. It still honors disney discounts, and reservations can be made on the app. We had a delicious meal with great service.

14oz End Cut was Fork Tender and Delish! Potatoes were amazing and even hard to describe. Southermost Buttermilk Chicken is their signature dish and must be tried. Banana Bread Foster was tasty but not quite up to Bread Pudding quality.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our meal and service were here! I can't recommend this place enough. Our server Ali was AMAZING and the hostess Karen was fantastic. The food was delicious. They were fantastic at accommodating our daughter's gluten/dairy allergy.

I had a great breakfast here and service was awesome. They even gave my wife and I a surprise for our anniversary!
Update: Went back again and had Lisa again. She is awesome!

My first time here on 3/24/23. I had heard good things but I was unsure. I didn't know what to order and Paul, my server, made a few suggestions. I'm glad I listened to him! It was almost 8pm, a late dinner for me. He recommended the parmesan crusted MahiMahi. Oh my! The mango ber blanc with a little spice was a fantastic sauce to top this light dish. The sides of parmesan grits and roasted Brussels sprouts set this dish over the top with flavor. Combined with the French onion soup and the unique coconut pineapple bread for starters, this meal was a complete hit. I give it a 10 of 10. Mahimahi $27, soup $10, bread complimentary. I was given the 10% DVC discount. They also take AP and Disney Visa for the same discount. Ask for Paul if you want a server that knows his stuff and how to treat his guests, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful location for very appetizing food. Able to eat here even if you are not staying at the Old Key West resort by simply placing a reservation. The restaurant is located on the water and able to see the sunset over the trees. Sara was a phenomenal waitresses who was very attentive to our needs and providing excellent service. I got their Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken entrée. There was so much food that I brought half of it home. The chicken was tender and crispy and cooked to perfection. Plus you get mashed potatoes and green beans, plus a Buttermilk biscuit and topped with gravy. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely return and get the same meal for future visits!

We had a nice time at this little Cafe located in the Key West resort. It’s nothing overly fancy or expensive just food under $20.00 pp. The kids menu was nice and simple as well. The cleanliness stood out for us, we don’t mind playing extra for hygiene. Our server was very nice, she was impressionable and we spoke to us with genuine care. Leidy was very friendly!

Always such a delicious choice when we decide to come to Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West resort. Dinner service opens at 5pm and is usually not too busy at that time. I recommend making a reservation using the My Disney Experience app, and that allows you to check-in close to your reservation time and saves time when you go up to the desk. The Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken is their best selling dish and there is a reason for that, it's great! Also this is one of the few Disney eateries that has Pibb Xtra, for those wanting something other than Coke.

Food and service was great! Our server Tyrone was very prompt, friendly and was patient with us as we had questions and certain requests for our food. Food was great quality for the price we paid! Atmosphere was very laid back set to make you feel like you were on the islands/key west. Very clean and cute decorations and pictures of all their visitors from previous years.
