Publix Super Market at Boca Village Square

My son started vomiting. I picked him up and he didn’t stop. We were both covered in it and he was feeling disoriented. I wasn’t sure what to do and just wanted to make sure he was comforted and settling. Within a minute there was a customer and three employees with paper towels and wet wipes to help us through it. Thank you so much to everyone who was there for us as we went through it. You guys were awesome.

This is one of the finest Publix in PBC. Fast, friendly and efficient. All the employees are eager to assist and everything is laid out perfectly. This should be the model for all Publix stores!

Their produce section is out of this world good. I'm so in love!

Great store always has everything I need

I love going here. Staff there is always so helpful and the store is always clean. Have questions about how to fix chicken or pork, the people behind the counter can help you out with with great suggestions. Can't find something just ask and they can help you with that too and always with a smile.

What an awesome place to shop! The employees are friendly and eager to help find things. I ordered some Boars's Head online before shopping. It was ready in the pick up box next to customer service. The Publix App makes shopping easier that way. No waiting on the deli line. The catering department takes care of everything I need for any occasion. Pixie Dust Carol was a pleasure to work with. I've order cakes from here and I can say that this store has the best decorators than any other store. My holiday dinners are ordered and now I can relax.

This is a great Publix. I’ve been shopping here regularly since we moved to this Boca area 7 years ago. Employees are helpful and nice. But I want to say that the absolute BEST employee who works here is Carol! She works in the Bakery. She is the SWEETEST person ever!! She has put together orders for cakes for ALL of my special occasions over the past 7 years (from my wedding cake, baptisms, baby showers, every birthday cake, etc..). They have all come out perfect! She always greets me and my boys with the kindest smile and words. My boys light up when they see her and she often gives them a balloon. Kudos to an absolutely AMAZING person who truly makes shopping there an absolute pleasure!!

I had a great experience at this location today. The staff was impeccable. There was someone in each department eager to help me with a smile. Amazing customer service! It’s hard to have an entire store on the same page. I applaud you.
