John representative of Att he is very professional and gave me and my husband all the time of the world, he corrected all the mistakes that was previously done previously. John is an asset to the company.

Jay and Diego were extremely helpful and patient in assisting an elderly friend we brought to the Boca store. They both went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. We are very grateful to Jay and Diego for their help.

We went in to upgrade our phones - Vic was great. Personable and knowledgeable. A week later we went in to pick up the phones, Vic was off, but Deangelo and Lou were just as awesome. They helped us set up our new phones and answered all our questions with patience and kindness.

Amazing experience at the ATT store today!! I was dreading going in to preorder the new iPhone (I hate lines lol) but was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted immediately by Evan. He took me through the whole process and made it as painless as possible. He helped me preorder and got me the exact one I was looking for!! Evan turned something that I was dreading into an extremely enjoyable experience. He made me feel like a part of the family. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get cell service to stop in at this location and see Evan. I will definitely be coming back!!

Recently visited this location for a new phone and to switch services.

The location was clean and well stocked, wait time was minimal and the staff were exceptionally helpful during the entire process
