Kroger Pharmacy

People are awesome. Kind and always willing to answer questions with a smile. Pharmacist are outstanding and I refuse to go anywhere else after the great customer service at this location. Been with them for over a month now and only have great things to say about them.

I love this pharmacy they are very nice and friendly and always helpful with my mom's prescriptions all 25 of them lol

Up until a few months ago, I had been using another local pharmacy for MANY years. I happened to get a medicine refilled at Kroger. When the young lady at the drive up window saw how much I was having to pay for this medication she was astonished. I explained this is what I have to pay ever month. Long sorry short, a little while later I listened to a voicemail that I'd gotten from an unknown number. It was the young lady from the Kroger drive thru. She had taken it upon herself to call my insurance company, then call my doctor's office.... Since then, my insurance has been paying for my very expensive medication. AMAZING!!!

Clean, organized on the OTC area and personnel very kind.

kroger pharmacy in hopkinsville ky is awesome! Sometimes things get backed up but they do the absolute best they can. Ive been going to them for over 20 years, and wouldn't dream of changing pharmacies!

This is a very busy pharmacy. It takes forever for fills. Plan on spending a long time picking up as well. Both the drive through and inside pickup have huge lines. It had always been this way and I've used them over a year.
