I needed a new floor to cover my tile floor. Went to many places to look. Nick at Quantum floors was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted. The customer service received was excellent and Fernando did an amazing job installing it. I would highly recommend Quantum. Don't waste your time looking at other places.

A contractor friend offered to put wood floors down in my home. It took months and resulted in a disaster. (cracking, lifting, etc) Quantum came in, evaluated and went to work! The turn around from initial meeting was an offer to start work the next week. The project took EIGHT days (as opposed to months) start to finish including demo of old wood to replacing floor and stairs. They provided a timeline and answered questions whenever needed, the crew was amazing, respectful of my home, clean, professsional and even offered insight as to the best options when needed. Quantum cares about their work product and it was extremely refreshing to deal with a business that puts quality and customer support at the forefront. I recommend this company to anyone.

5 star service for sure! I wanted to update my townhouse by getting rid of the builder carpet upstairs and on the steps. Nick at Quantum went over all the different types of floors I should consider and really explained the process. One thing he showed me and I didn’t know about was that they can make custom steps out of the exact floor I choose. I went with Sandcastle Oak and absolutely love the end result! If you want new floors, without a doubt, this is the place to go for them! Thank you Quantum Floors!!!

We had a great experience using quantum flooring. Gentleman in the store were very formative and patient in educating us. Once we were ready to make a decision they quickly came out to price and schedule the job. Installers were communicative, efficient and clean.

Outstanding service and attention to detail.

My wife and I visited a different local flooring company and had a weird experience so we went looking elsewhere. It was 4:30pm on a Friday when we called Quantum and spoke with Alif who let us know he could help us even though they closed at 5. My wife and I raced over to the showroom to meet Alif and Matheus who were exceptionally patient and helpful. We had them pull 50 or so different samples off the wall so we could see them in the right light. Never once did we feel like we were a bother. They helped us narrow it down to 3 or 4 different ones and we took them home for a few days to see how they would look in our house.

Nick came to do our estimate and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. He was confident in his numbers and through talking with him, we knew we could trust him. Very personable guy also, and constantly checked up on the job.

Quantum also employs their own installers so it is a one stop shop. We didn’t have to worry about something going awry and everyone pointing fingers at each other. The installers were great. Nice / personable people who had to remove layers of nasty tile from our house. It was hard work but they did it well. The floor is perfectly level throughout and after the job finished , my wife and I tried to find something to nitpick, but on our 1,000 SF layout with many tricky corners, we couldn’t find a single issue. The finished product is perfect.

I look forward to working with Quantum Floors again in the future.

I am in love with my new wood floors! Dealing with Daniel & Nick in the store was an absolute pleasure. They are true professionals. Both were very patient with me throughout the entire process of selecting the floor, to multiple showroom visits, emails, and phone calls. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made me feel like they truly care. One thing I want to make mention is how they treated my steps. As you will see in the pictures attached, What I had previously, the nose molding on the steps did not match the wood. Quantum made custom noses out of the exact wood I selected. I feel like I one of a kind stair with the designer touch. Super happy customer! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you Quantum Floors for a job well done!

The Quantum team is first class. Nicholas & Matheus were knowledgeable and professional in helping us get our wood floor project started. Matheus was accessible for council and advice on the purchase of the wood. His measurement and assessment of the quantity of wood and glue needed for the job was spot on.
The installation team, led by Hericson, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional in every aspect of the job. The project was started on the date promised and the team arrived on time every day. There were no delays or downtime. The expert team were pure artists with skills beyond our expectations. We are so very pleased with our new floors. I cannot recommend Quantum enough. It is truly a five star plus operation.

I have a GL Home and never really liked the tile on the first floor of my home. After hearing about Quantum on our community Facebook page, I reached out to them to see if going over my tile was possible. Nick from Quantum came out to my home to inspect our tile to determine if it was safe to do so. It was and we put a a waterproof laminate over the tile. I am so happy with the result, I just wish we did it sooner! Highly recommend for sure.

Many of my neighbors used Quantum Floors, so I decided to see what they had to offer. I was not disappointed from the salesman, to the installers, to the owner. All were professional...the salesperson showed me many samples, the installers worked hard and arrived on time, and the owner made sure I was completely happy. I had 2 small problems and they immediately addressed the situation. Kudos to Nick, the owner, for operating a reputable store.

I have dealt with Nick from Quantum on all the flooring products I do when flipping homes. He is great at listening to my wants needs and getting me a great product at a price the works within my budget. Highly recommend this company!

What an amazing store and selection of flooring. Nicholas, the store manager is very knowledgeable of his products and personable and helped me decide the perfect flooring for my bedroom. Definitely will buy again and will tell my family and friends to go see Nicholas at Quantum Floors.

I have dealt with the guys at Quantum Floors in Boynton Beach two times this year; once in January and again in July and I have nothing to give them but rave reviews.

I went into the showroom just to look at what was available and I actually had no intention of buying anything. The experience was so amazing and Daniel Mercado was so knowledgeable that I decided to have them install my flooring. Daniel allowed me to take large samples of several types of floors home with me to see how they'd look in my house. Once I came back with my choice he scheduled an appointment within a few days. Nicholas Duprey did the measuring and he was as nice and as efficient as Daniel. He measured and then gave me an approximate price for the job before he left. On installation day Sergio arrived when they said he would and he was incredible. He had my large and heavy bed disassembled and out of the way before I could even get into the room to help him. He worked the entire day and other than taking a few bottles of water from me he didn't even take a break. Once he was done I told Sergio that I had a large rug that I was going to put under the bed after he left. He insisted on staying and helping me to get the rug into position under the bed after it had been reassembled. That was above and beyond anything I had expected from him. And, BTW, Sergio was as neat as a pin and by the time he left the only sign he'd been there was some dust.

A few months later I decided to have the same flooring put in my guest bedroom and visited Quantum again. Daniel and Nicholas made the second job as easy and efficient as the first. This time the installers were Eduardo and Matteo and they were every bit as neat, clean and efficient as Sergio.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Quantum. They are all professional, personable, reliable and efficient. If you're looking for someone to install flooring I don't think you can find a better group of people to deal with than them.

We had a great experience working with this company. From the very beginning of the process, they had a great selection of floors to choose from and we were able to bring home samples to see how they look against our furniture and cabinets. The installation crew was punctual and even showed up a few minutes earlier to start their work. They were very professional in terms that they kept their work space clean and worked very efficiently in removing our old floors and installing our new floors. We would definitely recommend and use them again for our flooring needs.

My wife and I recently used Quantum Floors to do a floating floor over an unattractive ceramic tile floor in our home. Initially we were going to use LVP from Floor and Decor but on a whim we decided to visit Quantum. Matthew the salesman showed us a laminate floor that was much more attractive and better quality than LVP for less money. When Nick came out to measure it was obvious we were in very knowledgable hands. Then Henrickson and his assistant Marcus came to our house and spent 3 days doing an amazingly meticulous installation and even put our furniture back perfectly. They are very talented installers and I highly recommend Quantum Floors.

I’m a builder in the West Palm Beach area always looking for a good product at a reasonable price and of course not like most stores that are back ordered. Quantum floors a few months ago and I was glad that I did and the guy at the stores are very knowledge in the product that they sell I would highly recommend this place for residential and commercial projects.

They were very helpful selecting a floor and easy to work with. I got a large sample to try in my home before deciding. The installation crew was excellent and worked very hard to ensure a perfect job.

Great floor options and great customer services. I’ll never recommend other floor store. What they have here is way better than Floor&Decor, Home Depot, or Lowe’s.
