I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jaleo, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Rafael. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and helping us select the best paella we’ve ever had. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was beautiful.

Rafael's recommendations did not stop there; every dish we tried was a culinary delight. The ambiance of Jaleo is vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect place for a memorable meal. I highly recommend Jaleo for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic dining with top-notch service. Thank you, Rafael, for making our evening special!

I came here for my birthday dinner and tried the “ Jaleo Experience “ . What an amazing way to explore and taste classic & traditional tapas from this restaurant. This meal was beyond my expectations! I was truly satisfied from start to finish!

It is a place with unique attention, adequate music, and its food is DELICIOUS. Honestly, I have come several times and I can't say what my favorite dish is because I love everything, but the black rossejat has a place in my heart. I hope to continue visiting Jaleo to see the entire menu.
The attention is 5 stars but when Jean is there everything intensifies.

We had a later dinner here. The tapas selections were extensive. The ones we chose were superb. The blue cheese was delicious. The croquettes were marvelous and the flan was heavenly. It was Wednesday so we had a bottle of excellent wine for half price. I highly recommend this restaurant.

THIS PLACE HAS SUCH TOP QUALITY FOOD..it's SICK🤪. Came out to Florida for the week to meet with family. They took me to this restaurant in Sarasota. Be expected to folk over at least 100.00 bucks or more, that is if you want to explore some of their dishes like we did. The restaurant makes you feel like royalty because of their attentiveness.
Before dinner we sat at the bar. I had a Margarita on the Rocks with no salt and they had Brandy's. My Margarita at a little over $16 bucks was small and filled with ice🤬. Drinks were actually made they way they were supposed to be.👌
Then we were seated at our table. Our waiter Andreas was a very personable guy, found out later he grew up on Long Island NY like me, small verld. We gorged over their highest rated dishes which came out one after another like they were appetizers. And we washed it all down with a pitcher full of their Rose Sangria. In the end we spent over $200.00 Bucks.

My favorite restaurant in Disney World! I can definitely feel the European vibe here! The food is perfectly balanced - the lemonade is the way it should be, not overly sweet, the steak is super tender, and the way paella is served is a real performance!

Top notch tapas experience. I’ve been to Spain and this was as close to auténtico as I’ve had since. The Jaleo experience tasting menu was amazing and offers something for everyone, a bit of adventure, and delicious flavors. We also tried the sangria, which was delicious. Great experience!

I visited Jaleo fours times since their inception several years ago. And three times I tried the chef tasting menu, I was more than satisfied. Actually, I have to say this place offers best tapas tasting menu outside of Spain.

I normally do not condone myself for spending $100/person meal, but I think this is a bargain at $100/person (and less for being a DVC member).

Paella, however, did not meet my expectation. I will give another try before come to a conclusion. Other than paella, all other aspects - taste, presentation, waitstaff, vibe - exceeded my expectation. I will probably visit next month (Jan 2024) when Disney Spring becomes less crowded.

We have been a couple of times to this wonderful restaurant before, but it was our first time for dinner. We always leave super happy from the food and service, but his time, our server, I hope I got it right, Andreano was excellent!
We ordered Paella for the first time, and he kept checking on us, making sure we knew how much more we needed to wait, etc. We really felt taken care of.
The entire experience was fantastic, as well as the food.
We will definitely be back.

We loved this experience, we were there for our anniversary, we had a blast, amazing food, and awesome entertainment. I personally love tapas style dining because we get to try a little bit of everything and that we did. The appetizers of Serrano ham and 5 cheese spread, to the fennel and apple salad with queso manchego and the avocado salad were incredible, especially the avocado salad. The chorizo with mashed potatoes, the flank steak and the garlic shrimp, all incredible, and the love entertainment flamenco dancing was just the cherry on top. Our server Jhoy was super knowledgeable and very attentive. I love Jose Andres restaurants for what they bring in terms of food, service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend

I just finished a delightful lunch with my daughter at Jaleo. The food was excellent as usual, the dining room is always spotless, but what made the lunch special was the service by Anderson. He is charming, professional, and went out of his way to provide the very best in hospitality. Danny Meyer would be impressed. Jose should be proud of the this restaurant. The food is prepared with care and served with the same attention to detail. Anderson made menu suggestions and took the time to inquire about what we liked or disliked to help in selecting menu choices. If dining at Jaleo for the first time try the endive appetizer, croquettes, simply the best gazpacho ever, and of course the flan for dessert.

Maybe my experience is biased because I simply LOVE everything Spain and absolutely LOVE Chef Jose Andres.

Came in with high expectations considering Chef Jose Andres's name is attached to Jaleo. I was NOT disappointed. Our server should be recognized by management - Carlos de Venezuela.

He knew the menu from beginning to end. Made exceptional recommendations, patient, knowledgeable about the multiple cheese offered on the platter and knew each meat and what temperature each should be cooked for a great palatable experience.

The gorgeous Flamenco dancer was such a beautiful detail to our visit.

It was a whole experience more than just a simple dinner. Delicious food and our server Daniela was incredible! The octopus was so tender, the butifarra was delicious and so many other dishes.

This was a fun Latino night at downtown Disney gonna give Lilyanna Tompkins a great bartender that gave us great service told us all about the place recommended food and samples if you’re into Latin music and you’re into entertainment and you want to just go and have a drink or something to eat this is a great little spot it can be found at downtown Disney Springs. I’m gonna give it five stars.

Another fantastic dinner at a Disney restaurant. Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Our server Michael, really provided top notch service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions. Without even mentioning it to him, he noticed our table was a bit wobbly and quickly added a wedge to our table to fix the issue. He even brought us complimentary champagne because we were celebrating a special occasion. Michael checked on us frequently and really made the dining experience so enjoyable. Our food arrived quickly and everything tasted amazing. We ordered from the magical dining menu (4 courses for $40/ person) and left with full bellies and leftovers to take home. The salt air margarita and pan con chocolate were my favorite dishes of the night. Atmosphere is romantic and upscale. I definitely recommend having a reservation because it does get busy. We checked in early and were promptly seated. Our dining experience was a 10/10 at Jaleo.

We had a rather large party, but there were several waiters/waitresses that brought out our food as it was prepared so everything came out fresh. Everything tasted sooo yummy. My only complaint is that our glass table was on top of a fooseball table with the moving arms. But over all great meal.

Our San Valentine’s dinner at Jaleo was a wonderful night. We make a correct 👌 selection: Jaleo was delicious in all ways. Our waiter suggested a delicious bottle of wine. We was asking for a second bottle of wine. We had a “Jaleo experience” and it was a complete surprise for us!! All tapas and courses were fascinating. The hand-carved Jamón of Bellota was very soft and delicious too. The desserts were unpredictable!

My friend and I had dinner here while our kids went to a concert. We had such a blast! Our server Rafael was the absolute best. He was super knowledgeable and really made us feel at home. We ordered the $40 special and a few smaller things. Wednesday, you get 50% off wine bottles. It wad a great experience, definitely recommend.

First time 2024, Still happy with our servers, they're just wonderful. We've brought family and friends and they've loved it too. Specially the lunch menu $35. I opted for Mero con Calabaza.

Today we were blessed to have Terrell T. we had an unforgettable date. You can tell he loves what he does and truly cares for his customers.

The food was as good as last time and our deserts were even better, brioche ice-cream, wow! Frozen sangria and my mocktale were delicious asnwell.

I think there's value in the lunch special, you get so much food for 35$.

I've heard it was good but, this was more than good.Surpassed our expectations!

It was our first time, we tried the Lunch special, (35 per person), very hesitant at first but our server, Jesus, really made us feel welcomed, that makes a world of difference.

I can't put to words how good this was. Portions were perfect, service was amazing. Try the Pollo a la braza!! Even the salad was amazing! Really I hope to make it back soon, its become my favorite restaurant in Disney Springs.

Had a wonderful dinner here!! Food was delicious (I recommend the carne asada, chorizo, octopus, and goat cheesecake) such unique flavor! My favorite part of the night though was the outstanding service provided by our waitress Maria V. She went above and beyond to take care of my party and I. Thank you so much Maria!
