iTech - Boynton Beach

I can’t explain how awesome it is to do business with iTech of Boynton Beach. The anticipatory nature of the staff helps to troubleshoot issues before they arise. Prompt, courteous communication and friendly customer service that is so very rare and welcomed. This company stands behind the refurbished phones and laptops. I’ve bought 2 phones and a laptop and will remain a loyal customer. Prices are reasonable and warranties are very fair. Cudos to Daniel, Shawn, Jim and Ani for exceptional leadership.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful (Daniel in particular) and I felt that Itech provided fair options with realistic outcomes for repair of my mac. They are knowledgable and professional and I would recommend anyone needing repairs to give these guys a shot.

I had a 10 year old iMac desktop that wouldn’t start up all the way. Best Buy couldn’t get it to start up either. They suggested I go to I-Tech because they are not allowed to open up Apple devices. Danny at I-Tech was extremely helpful and patient. He believed they could transfer the data onto a thumb drive so I could go back to Best Buy and buy a new computer and have them install the data. The charge was $171. When I went to pick up the thumb drive, Danny showed me a newer computer, with more gb, and a lot of updated features. Although it wasn’t new, all the parts were new and the condition appeared mint. Their warranty was 1 year parts and labor plus the balance of the Apple Care warranty. If I bought it, they would refund my $171, connect my old printer, give me a tutorial, etc. The saving was $485! When we hooked up the old printer, the paper catch wheels broke! Danny took time to help me research a new Epson printer at Best Buy. He told me to go buy it, bring it back and he would install the drivers, set it up and show me how to use it. I followed through and he kept his promise, too. There was no additional charge for his time and attention. Danny did everything to make this experience a positive one. This place is wonderful. They are tops in customer service. Kudos to Danny.

These guys are the absolute best. I took my MacBook pro to them because my track pad and keyboard stopped working and it was fixed within 5 minutes. I was expecting it to cost me almost as much as buying a used MacBook and instead it was like a trip to Starbucks. Couldn't believe it. Thanks guys! I'll be back to buy another laptop soon cuz this one is getting old anyway.

I am so happy that I found iTech and particularly Sean and Danny. I’ve been using Apple products for years, but this was my first time going to an independently-owned retailer. This is the way to go! No more lines, crowded malls, long drives, or impatient, snarky tech boys. I was able to walk right in without an appt and receive the most fantastic customer service and time, which I think we can all agree is scarce these days. Sean and Danny are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient and total gentlemen. I came in with an emergency repair which was efficiently addressed but found out they offer these incredible trade-in deals. I was shocked to discover that I could trade in my 8 yr old MacBook Pro and leave with a much newer, discounted computer in beautiful condition. I love their Boynton location and can’t wait to get my next MacBook and iPhone through them. Tell them Rachel sent you! 👩🏻‍💻😚

I found this little modern and very minimalistic store while waiting in line with my glitching laptop in hand at another local big chain tech store. As I was not able to receive assistance at the store I was physicality in because I did not have an appointment and with the next availability at a time that would not work for me I took to searching for other near by places.
Found iTech with a location near me and great reviews. I know reviews are not a hallmark of a good place, but when I called and a human answered the phone I started to believe those reviews.
Also being able to speak in-person to the human you spoke to over the phone is, in my view, a great way to do business.
The techs there are friendly and helpful. They set up my account with them quickly while explaining their process and what I could expect in regards to any issues found with my laptop. As I was dropping off on a Thursday they explained it would take two business days to run diagnostics meaning I would not hear from them until Tuesday which worked with my schedule anyway.
As they said they did contact me on the day they said they would. The tech explained everything they felt was going on with the laptop and even checked on something last minute that I expressed concern over. Once all that was done they let me know I could pick up the laptop anytime during their hours. THE cherry-on-top is that this was FREE to me as they do free diagnostic testing and do not do anything without permission from the customer.
Due to their services, kind attitudes, great service and quick work I believe I found the tech store I will be taking all my future needs to.
P.S. they only display and carry Apple products in store yet they still serviced my HP.

We have purchased two devices at iTech Boynton Beach and had one repaired. Prices are very fair and most of all, Dan is a gem of a person. Highly recommend!

I normally don't write reviews, but I just had to write something about this place. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I picked up my computer I was given 5 star customer service. Brandon was completely honest with me about my chances of the laptop being repaired. It was a 50 - 50 chance that it was just the battery, but I could have done internal damage by always leaving the computer plugged in. He answered all my questions and even offered some valuable information . My laptop was fixed and is working great, I also have a one year warranty! I would highly recommend experimax because of their honesty and knowledge. Thanks again Brandon .

Been purchasing from them since before Experimac days. Went to Boynton store to get my Macbook air fixed. Worked with Brandon W....Could not find the problem, but transfered my old info to another computer for me without a charge.

The guys at iTech are awesome! They upgraded my old MacBook hard drive and it is working perfectly. They completed process start to finish in under 2 days and were very reasonable on price. Highly recommend!

I was having a horrible day until I went to this place. They took care of my issue within about an hour, charged what they quoted (which was very reasonable), and were the nicest people. They made my day better!

All the guys at Experimax are awesome. They are knowledgeable, well priced, kind and best of all, honest. The other day I dropped off 2 laptops that had issues, and before so left I asked the gentlemen about a tablet for my father in law. He jumped onto the Beat Buy website and talked about my options. Didn’t try to sell me anything. I just picked up my 2 Toshiba laptops that they looked at for me: one needs a part that they said they could do but did not really recommend putting money into this older laptop. The other one had a problem with the power receptacle being pushed in so there was no way to use a cord. Elijah adjusted the receptacle to where I could get the cord to work and advised me to back it up before it slides again. (Geek squad said I would need a soldering kit and wasn’t worth it. Would run me over $100 just for materials. Didn’t even try to help). How much do I owe you?”....”No charge”. Also didn’t try to sell me anything. These guys are trustworthy-very hard to find these days.

I stopped in Experimax today with a Google Chrome problem and Josh took a look at it and troubleshooted the issue for me. He was able to come up with a solution and fix it within 15 minutes of me entering the store. I asked him "what do I owe?" and he told me it was on the house b/c it was such a quick fix for him.

Stores rarely do that anymore these days so I think Josh went above and beyond to help me out and was super kind of him to not charge me for what was a simple repair for him. It was also amazing to get my problem solved on the spot and not have to leave my computer there for days.

The Experimac company is amazing! Great variety of quality preowned Apple products. Through out that years I have purchased 4 Macs from them and have had one other one (not purchased there) repaired by them. They are very a friendly staff willing to help you with what you are looking for. Another great thing is you don't have to wait as long as you normally do in an Apple store. I give them an A++++++

Great experience! Had my son's iPhone 7 glass screen repaired for the 2nd time here. Took less than 2 hours. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful! Also purchased a glass screen protector that was applied perfectly. Alex took the time to clean the phone thoroughly before applying the screen protector, which was above and beyond what was expected! Highly recommend!

The young man that replaced my laptop battery did an excellent job. I called and got a quote. When I arrived, he confirmed the price, took my laptop and returned in 30 minutes with the repair completed. Excellent serivice.

We've had great experiences with this Experimac store. We traded a Mac desktop for an iPad 4, and have had multiple cracked screens replaced. Each transaction was quick and easy. Josh and his team are great. I would highly recommend them.
