Cam and Christina are partners professionally and personally , and personally I have never had such incredible customer service as I did with Cam. He helped me ship very meaningful items with the utmost care all with compassion , multitasking , and being mindful of price . Cam and Christina’s UPS store is worth an extra drive to get the best service for your beloved items to be shipped. While I was here people printed , picked up mail from an address as opposed to a po box so you can receive packages , returned items , shipped massive pieces of art, and bought shipping supplies .

I randomly found this location but if I were you I would drive an extra 25 min. north or south to receive the incredible customer service. No stress only smiles .
And they give back to their community .

@butterfly28, i think you have been mistaken, the 2 years i have been going to this store have i ever seen the owner act in such a way to treat someone like that, you must have been out of line and decided to get an attitude with him for no apparent reason, the owner is super helpful and is always nice. The fact that you called him prejudiced to African-American woman and then proceeded to include a photo of him where you conviently cropped out his wife she is African-American woman is appalling.

This place is great. I walked into The UPS store a bit dejected after dealing with the FedEx store off right down the street in the Alehouse parking lot and was expecting the same bad treatment. How wrong I was. Bri was great, she was patient even though I couldn’t find my package information and my 6 year old daughter was running amuck. Bri got everything packed up and shipped out for me quickly and didn’t try to break my bank and I am grateful. I will do all my shipping there for now on and avoid that other store like the plague. There was also a funny guy behind the counter with a beard, seemed nice. Thanks again UPS team.

Miah is a super star employee and the most amazing person when it comes to outstanding customer support and unbelievable positive, uplifting attitude towards her clients!! Never in my life have I ever experienced someone who took every minute of their time to make sure that I had the help I needed with a very difficult project that I was working on. She was extraordinary, and her attitude and her health! And I have to say that the rest of her team was also kind efficient and had a wonderful attitude towards their customers. This was the happiest UPS store I have ever been in, and I will never go to another one.

This UPS store is top notch! Every time I need a service done they are so nice and helpful. One time I came in right before they closed on a Saturday and had to mail out so many save the dates and Breeanna was happy to help — she is always on top of things and always helpful! They really never disappoint! The crew is so nice, knowledgeable and the place is clean! :)

Great UPS location! Always a pleasant experience. Today I went with quite a few boxes and they were so helpful. They helped me bring them all in from the car without even asking. So grateful because I couldn’t carry much weight.

Ken was amazing - helped me through a tough Amazon return & was patient and knowledgeable. I’ll drive out of my way to return to this store. Also the manager was spraying Lysol to keep the environment clean and it was!

I take packages here all the time and have only experienced high quality customer service from everyone at this location. All employees are efficient, friendly, professional and competent!

Service was very good and quick .. when busy they reassured that they would get to me as quick as possible! We even had great conversation they were really sweet ! I’m never disappointed coming to this location

I have been coming to this location since moving to Boynton Beach 5 years ago. They've always been friendly and efficient enough. But what happened this morning blew me away. I'm mistakenly thought they opened at 8:00 and was outside early. The gentleman outside saw me waiting and got me in and taken care of before opening hours so I could get on with my day. Things like that are much appreciated in today's culture of poor service.

My experience from this store (center 5806) was impressive. One of the workers, Kevin R., came from the back area, noticed the customers line were up to the entrance door. I thought i wasn't going to be out of there in a timely manner, but Kevin R. got to work with his tablet. All the customers was sent to the designated area and i was at the register in no time. I had to ask the manager how long Kevin been working at the store; because he looked fairly young. To my surprise, i was told he started 2 weeks earlier. This was back in Sept 2022. He's still going at it. UPS, you got a winner on this employee. Keep up the good work Kevin R., you are greatly appreciated.

I had the best experience at this store today. The representative doing the fingerprints was amazing. She was very patient and kind. Her customer service was top notch. I definitely recommend this store.

I come here all the time, and everybody is always extremely helpful and nice. Erica, especially has been helping me with a few shippings that they had to do, and they were also kind of complicated. She’s always welcoming and smiley.

This has been my go-to store for dropping off UPS packages. Rarely is there a queue and if there is one it move swiftly. I haven't experienced any rudeness during my visits. I would think that an owner/manager would recognize that a person dropping off today is a full paying customer tomorrow. Shipping UPS through a retail store is pricey, but this is for all locations. People don't want high prices and rude / poor service. I wonder if the owner/manager reads these?

Fine establishment ran by the most professional young fella. This store was recently taken over by new ownership and it’s obvious. I’ve been going here for years and I can see where all the negative reviews came from. With that being said, every time I go into the store recently I’m in and out, simple, painless and the customer service is without parallel. I strive for all south Florida businesses to take note of the way this establishment is ran
