Williams-Sonoma

This is a great store. Staff is friendly and helpful. At Christmastime they have a sensory Santa, for those who are more sensitive. This is the place for holiday shopping. They have a whole bunch of copper cookie cutters so you can get all that baking done. They have examples of all the colors of Le Creuset they carry, which I think is better thank figuring it out online. Same thing with by cookware and knives online. I looking to feel the heft of it. If you look to cook, this is the place for you.

Just like any Williams Sonoma, but with one key difference, Suzi R. She was so helpful and wonderful. To be honest I was dressed kinda shabby due to my day of a lot of travel and not intending to go into a high end kitchen store, but hey, life happens right?

My mother and I went to browse and ended up liking a ton of stuff in there and we decided to purchase a few things here and there.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was another lady who worked in the store kinda hurrying her a long so she could get help answering phones and stocking things or something other workers in there could do pretty easily. Suzi remained super cool telling her over and over that she was assisting us in buying some pretty nice kitchen knives, which we bought 4. I appreciated her ability to assist us while also managing someone who doesn't know how to read the room. It's a talent and skill to which Suzi has, which reflects in her extensive background in hospitality and banking.

I'm sure that the other lady is very nice, probably overworked and had a lot of stress and that's unfortunate for her as it is for all, retail workers.

it is very satisfying when you went to a place where has a good vibe nice employees smile faces the manager is amazing guy!

It was a real pleasure to speak with Michael who helped me with my order problem when another employee simply dismissed me over the phone. I am very happy that the customer's service connected me with him the next time. A very friendly, kind and amazingly knowledgeable person

William and Sonoma is the place to go if you love to cook or bake. They've got excellent quality knives, small kitchen appliances and all kinds of cool novelty Foods & Spices.
The staff is really helpful! they're so knowledgeable with there product"s. One of the benefits I like the most is that if you purchase a gift for somebody they will gift wrap for you.

Great home goods store. Great kitchen items, seasonal gift items or special recipe items. They sell dishes, linens (table), pots, pans, blenders, coffee makers and the stuff to go in them. Nice. Good markdowns too.

Even though the personel was litterally overwhelmed by the amount of work and by the number of clients they made me feel important. They all looked and operated with knowledge and purpose. I was happily surprise how efficent they were.
