excellent experience and service from Ashley! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for & I was in and out with in a few minutes. From the moment I stepped in till I rung out she was an amazing help and very hospitable. One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in a long time. A great representative to the company!!! I look forward to going in again when I need more gear.

Every time I need something for my nephews, girlfriend, or myself, I go out of my way and drive to this store because of the unmatched customer service, great selection, and friendliness. Each and every time I stop in, McKenzy greets me instantly (within the first minute) and genuinely wants to help me acquire the products I’m looking for. Without a doubt, he has set the standards very high for the type of service I look for in a retail store. This store is always very clean and well managed, I will continue to shop here and drive 30+ minutes if people like McKenzy continue to strive for excellence and provide unbeatable customer service. I walked into the store and bought 3 pairs of shoes. The asst manager Anthony Morel was BEYOND helpful with all my transactions. He called customer Service on my behalf to dispute an error on my winner circle account. He stayed on the phone and got it done. I haven't had customer service on that level in quite a while. I wish I could leave him 10 stars. Somebody get that man a promotion. That how you run a store. Thanks again Anthony.

I absolutely love shopping here it’s always a pleasure this store has a great selection of Nike clothes and shoes. I recently bought some Nike tech fleece and some Nike airmax 270s and the manager McKenzy was a great help especially with matching the shoes with my outfit that’s probably the best customer service I’ve ever had and he was very respectful and gave me honest opinions.

All the employees including Michael isabel Joe and Porsche went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions!!! This finishline compared to other stores towers when it comes to customer Service and comfort. A great example, I couldn't find a particular shoe in store that was on their website, Michael went out of his way to find it and send it to my house when the Wellington and Boynton stores told me no. From the first conversation on the phone to the in store experience ,it's by far the best shoe store I've dealt with!!! Thank you to all the employees at this location!!! Lance k.

Best shoe store I’ve been to in a long time.the person who attended me was named Michael and he hardworking and you should give him a raise.I would make him employee of the month if I were you.
